Update 21:00:Agent Brown and his friend are still in Plymouth. Dr. Tatum is very confused. He has talked to me and wants us to have a conference call. I think it is fair to say that the situation is very chaotic and that it will be very late before Agent Brown and his friend are back in London  Update 23:30:I have a again had long talk with Dr. Tatum. He is of course a very disappointed man this evening. I told Dr. Tatum that I don't understand why Agent Brown is saying that he did not receive the money from me. I told Dr. Tatum that I don't trust Agent Brown and I don't want to talk to him again. Dr. Tatum said that he believe Agent Brown ... but he is still interested to conclude the deal with me. We have agreed to talk about business again on Monday. Dr. Tatum told me that Agent Brown had hired a taxi to from London to Plymouth and he had paid £600 for that (I think this must include the 3 hours waiting time in Plymouth). When he has arrived back in London in the middle of the night, I believe he has spent more than £1,000 on the trip

£1000 - good lord! They must have been convinced you would cover the expenses to spend such a huge amount, I'm sure he could have travelled for a fraction of the price if he was willing to spend the night there.

I have had my first phone conversation with Dr. Tatum since Saturday evening. After asking Dr. Tatum how he was doing, my next question to him was if Agent Brown finally had admitted that he had received the £20,000 from me on Saturday. Dr. Tatum said that Agent Brown had not admitted anything and that I had not made any payment to Agent Brown. Dr. Tatum said the he has known Agent Brown for many years and that he is a very reliable person. I said to Dr. Tatum that a person changes when he has the chance to collect £20,000 in his own pocket. The fact that a person is nice and friendly when you drink coffee with him doesn’t mean that he can be trusted in big business I asked Dr. Tatum if he had been speaking with Agent Brown. He said that they spoke half an hour ago. They were discussing how to pay for the trip to Plymouth this weekend. Dr. Tatum said, that Agent Brown did not have enough money for the trip back to London and that he owes the taxi driver some hundred pounds Dr. Tatum is still willing to do business with me and we have this evening been discussing alternative ways to make the payment. I don’t think the story is over yet .... but I believe I much give him/them a bit of time to recover from what happened on Saturday. |

Update on the Dr. Tatum case:If you don't burn a scammer (for example after a safari), you have a decent chance to keep the scammer on the hook and get some more fun out of him. This has also been the case with Dr. Tatum. He is phoning me more or less every day and he has spent a lot of credit on me since the safari I had with his Diplomat about one week ago. My aim this week has been to confuse him so much as possible. One day I am very willing to make the payment with bank transfer and I ask him for the details. When he has sent the details, I change my mind and come up with an other payment alternative. This evening when he phoned me, he ended up becoming very angry at me. He can clearly see that I am a difficult case ... but somehow he can not really write me off, because I still seem to be interested in the deal

As long as they feel you are (at least a little bit) willing to send money, it's very hard for them to walk away

Here is a video of the scammer I had on a safari at Plymouth Yacht Haven the 17 July. The (agent) scammer is the one in beige jacket and beige cap. He has a dark (black) bag where he wanted to use for the money he should collect from me He ended up staying 3 hours waiting for me. It was very important for him to collect the money from me, because he did not have enough money for the trip back to London Thanks to Linoline for hosting the video on her youtube channel. |
