This is an early example of my "cascade bait" modality, which involves stitching together baits against Lads with similar scripts.
What we learned
"Scanning" a box of money can prove that said money is "clean and spendable united state dollars", but can't determine the amount of money; however, it's possible to count "the clean funds... with 3 Counting machines" without actually opening the boxes.
Scammers' emails are date-stamped; my comments are in bold.

I am Gen. john mark charge of airport authority command division in Accra Ghana,I send my boys out on patrol and they recovered two consignment boxes from some group of smugglers who are trying to run away with the two boxes from the country claiming that they are diplomat,which they did not have any identification to prove that, then after proper verification of the two boxes it was discovered that the two boxes belong to you and your name and contact was attach to the two boxes.
We have successfully carry out the scanning of the two boxes and it was proven that the content inside is clean and spendable united state dollars,but the total amount inside the two boxes could not be ascertain because the keys to the two boxes was not available since,it was only the two boxes that was recovered from the smugglers.
So what you have to do now is to get back to me with any of your ID which will be use as prove for mode of identification as the true owner of the two boxes that carry this contact and name,and also to arrange for the claim of the two boxes from our custody before any further arrangement can be made between and i on how you want the boxes to be delivered,either by legal diplomatic means or to arrange for the opening and then make the transfer of the clean and spendable money to you through a reliable bank here without delay.because the army those not have any intention to delay release of the boxes to you as soon as you act according to instruction.
