After marvelous safaris by Mr. Pricky, Linoline, Gregorie Vasiliu Birlic (Badaranii đ), Bluelady and all other talented beautiful people I came to conclusion that scammers are foolish. Why do they oeave home without spare clothes (shirt, underwear) if they are going to travel 600-700km away in one direction? Even if you don't plan to stay there, hell knows which uncertainty will happen on the road. You can be forced to stay a day or two, even unplanned and unwanted. It's called life sense to have this "reserve" feeling. Taking some clothes and hygiene with doesn't cost anything - so are they stupid idiots or generally people in West Africa don't think something shall go wrong?

Bear in mind that scammers who go on safaris may not be among the highest echelons of scammers (if such a hierarchy could be said to exist). I think it's a combination of greed and arrogance that drives them. Considering that the rewards said to be waiting for them at the end of their journeys are huge sums by their standards, that many of them may be lacking in ready cash to buy what they need for a long journey, and it's possible that they might not have gone long distances before, it's quite likely that they won't think too deeply about luggage and requisites.
Also, "generally people in West Africa don't think something shall go wrong" - no. That kind of folly can be found anywhere.

My opinion:
- Generally speaking, a scammer can be sent to Safari only when he is completely immersed in the "reality" that we build around him... that is, the scammer believes that the story / package / money, etc. is 100% real and that all he has to do is "stretch out his hand and take the money".
- Most of our scammers are greedy and stingy, so they prefer to go on a trip with as few personal things as possible... because they think that everything will be over immediately and that they will return home loaded with money and glory. - What has always amazed me is the fact that most of them start their journey without having the curiosity to study the maps. The fucking maps! Simply, they throw themselves "into the unknown" without having the provision to "check the area". For me, this aspect is much more interesting than the fact that he leaves home without clothes / toothbrush.

^^^ Exactly! They are very sure about their "client".They think they are very smart and the client,"mugu" is stupid. Speaking about me,I create love stories, complicated and credible. And they think, the victim (me),is very stupid! Bad luck for them... Adriana is a fucking bitchđ

In the years That I have been following scam baiters, very few scammers prepare for an overnight trip.
It has never dawned on me until I read Birlicâs comment that these scammers do not look at a map to see how far they have to travel to get to the destination. That could be why they are unprepared for such a long trip. If youâre traveling six hours in one direction, you usually do not turn around the same day and go back home. You usually will stay overnight but thatâs not their mindset in most cases.
Scammers can tell victims to go to WhatsApp or Hangouts but they canât do a Google search for the distance between point A and point B and the time it takes to get there. đ€

I've had plenty of people safari who knew they were going to be out for a few days, even before new delays came up. That didn't stop them from packing too little, or getting in over their heads even if they packed enough. I remember one scammer I sent from Arizona to Las Vegas, a very reasonable trip without anything fancy needed, and he still had to spend way too much Ubering around junkyards. An expensive and frustrating trip, but not a dangerous or long one. So you never know.

I think I've only read one US-based bait in my baiting career. Well done.

What has always amazed me is the fact that most of them start their journey without having the curiosity to study the maps. This exactly. I remember with fond thoughts how danniboy traveled to bida - Niger state, instead of Niamey - Niger. And he had the audacity to be angry that the driver with his parcel wasn't there

I think I've only read one US-based bait in my baiting career. Well done. This was when I was on WhatsApp; safaris were abundant in those days. Another highlight of mine from that era was Mexico City -> Cusco (yes, in Peru), if only because to my knowledge that's the only South American safari ever done, much less one that crossed over from another continent. I don't know if the WhatsApp groups are as active as they were when I stopped baiting, but for anyone who wants fast and easy safaris the best way is to go straight to the source.
