A scammer sent me an email asking if he can talk to me. I asked why, and he sent this.
Never seen this before. Should I even bother baiting him? Probably not worth baiting him either way.

I need to get Google Play Gift Cards for my nephew, He's down with Cancer, it's his birthday and I already promised him that I totally forgot and can't do this now because I'm currently traveling on a short trip and not close to any store.
