The scammer says he will pay restitution out of his personal funds. His personal funds is just money he stole from his victims.
Since it sounds like his wife has a real job, the attorneys should make her pay the restitution on his behalf. She could take her child out of private school and put them in public school and use the money to pay back the victims.

When you consider how many lives he has ruined, 11 years is ridiculous.
This when a man in the U.K. got 51/2 years for online stalking.

Well i am happy with 11 years. In my country (the netherlands) he would get something like 18 - 20 months and if he behave well he is out in 14.... months, not years....
