I got myself into a bit of an issue. I bought a Rolex super clone watch. I did not know much about them but for the price it seemed like a good idea at the time. It was very strange, the web site https:// forum.replica-watch dot info was the place I joined the forum that directed me where to buy from. I had no idea this was anything more than just a forum. So I put in an order and it went from this email to hopping to another email. I thought that was really strange. The seller I only know from emails sent a tracking number for the watch.
I never received it even though several weeks later tracking said delivered. Thinking I was scammed my bad for even trying to buy a replica, I did a credit card charge back. As soon as it hit I started to get emails from the web site replica watch info. It started off that the seller sent the watch and after they dropped it off in the post that was the end of their responsibility and I should stop the dispute or face the consequences. I replied that I have not received the watch, a box or anything. I never said it was a scam, maybe they did send it. Maybe its lost, mis-dilivered some other thing. I got a few more emails saying to comply or else. Today I got one saying if I did not pay they would put me in the brig. link to the brig [https://forum.replica-watch.info/forums/the-brig.356/] I did a quick search and it seems they try to dox people. Destroy businesses and the like. In some of the threads in the "brig" they leave loads of coordinated neg feed back on yelp and other sites.
I was then contacted and told that there would be a full back ground check on myself. Since this site is linked to the seller they have my name, address, phone number. I paid with paypal so not much info goes from that, or at least I think its a safe way to pay. I never gave them any credit info on line. I am not sure if this is a scam with intimidation or if its some real threat. Thanks for any help, I sent what I have received along with the web site to the FBI fraud division.

What delivery company did they say they used to send the watch, and did they give you a link to its website? If this is a scam then it seems like a different type to the ones we usually deal with here, but it should be possible to ascertain whether the delivery company is real or not, and whether any package was ever sent to you.

They sent me a tracking number from USPS. I am more focused on the issue of all the threats. I won the case with my Credit card company and that is when all the threats started to come in. The if you don't pay you will end up in the "brig" From reading all the other posts in the "brig" it seems this is where they have the members attack the person with cyber attacks, back ground check, doxing and some thin veiled violent attacks. I have never seen this kind of thing before. I did file a complaint with the FBI, mostly for a record of what is going on.After reading some of the issues in this "brig" I see that if someone bought a watch got it and then resold it without the express OK from this forum they threaten you also. Seems its the Chicoms who are thought to have made these that are behind all this. No one can prove it but from all that is known it seems this is the case.

Yes, I saw this on the website. It seems likely that they are exaggerating what they intend to carry through of their threat in order to make you pay them money, but I am not an expert on this sort of thing and I don't want to make any false promises. I would recommend ignoring them and deleting your account on the website. If they have your name, address and phone number this is probably enough to identify you but not enough to harm you in any way other than defaming you on the internet (find out where you work etc.) so if this information is publicly available about you on social media accounts, etc., it may be worth making them private just to make things a bit harder for them. Needless to say, in future I would recommend not dealing with anybody who openly engages in this sort of behaviour.
ETA: Do you think it is possible that your dispute with these people could be resolved by finding out from USPS what happened to the package? You think that they are scammers and they seem to think you are a scammer, but to me it does not seem obvious that there is any scam involved.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think they are actually not sending the watches.Personally I think it was mis delivered or something similar. Its not all that rare around here. USPS has actually readdressed one package completely and delivered it to not only the wrong name but not even a close address. USPS actually Xed out my name and address and for what ever reason put a totally different one but in my same city where I live on the package. The person who got it saw the Xed out address and brought it to me. I have had several packages delivered to me that were not even close to my address. I take them back to the PO. One I took it back twice and they kept redelivering it back to my address.
The forum is full of those who intimidate others. I did a quick over all on the web site in the Brig section and they go from people who resold the watches without their permission to sellers on eBay and other situations. The Mod who posted me in the Brig lied out of the gate. He posted that I told several different stories about why I did not get the watch. That is an out and out lie. When I posted an email to the mod asking to have payment restored, I said I don't know what happened to the package. That it could have been mis delivered, mis shipped, not shipped, lost or stolen for all I know. But he posted I changed my story. That in and of itslef seems a lot sketchy. My fault for getting involved in buying a fake Rolex. I had watched all the videos on these super fakes on YouTube and wanted to see for myself, maybe making a video of my own on how good or bad the current clones are getting to the real deal.
The mod on the web site told me that the seller is done with his obligation when he drops it at the post office. I said in the real world that is not how things work and he changed that around and lied again when he posted in the brig section. I decided not to respond to the mob as that never does any good. Its like a person who gets arrested and thinks he can just tell the truth and talk his way out of it. Never a good idea, the police many times will skew what you say. Best to have an attorney to guide you.

OK, in that case I would recommend contacting USPS to find out where your watch is, and hopefully you can get it delivered and give the sellers the money they want. Then after you get the situation resolved, don't deal with these people again. Seems like they are probably scam adjacent anyway if they're selling fake branded items, even if they're not scamming you.

Perhaps if you next buy a cheap, genuine Timex this won’t happen. It will do just the same job and won’t die within a year. Buying repro watches is a scam in itself.
