Mr. Philip is fast with his reply:
16:12:
Yes madam, due to the covid-19 pandemic, we hardly go out so he can't send the id card for now but pastor S........ will tender his ID CARD at the place of collecti
===
16:15:
This means you would like me to cancel the shipment and have the parcel sent back to me in the US, right?
Be blessed

If Mr. Philip does not comply very soon with the requirements of the shipping company, I will not spend much more time on him I think.

Mr. John phoned his business partner in Nigeria, Mr. Philip, yesterday evening, because he had got a copy of the email correspondence between sister Maya and Mr. Philip / Mr. O..... Mr. John wanted to get an update and an explanation now when it seems that the package most likely is heading back to the US. Mr. Philip said that it is highly unusual that a shipping company asks for an ID of the receiver long before the parcel has even arrived in the country of the receiver. I told him, that I know nothing about this. Never in my life have I sent anything abroad. I told him, that I fully trust sister Maya and the shipping company she is using. I said that if sister Maya decides to have the parcels returned to USA, then there is nothing I can do since she is the sender and since she also have added items and money to the parcel. Mr. Philip promised me that he would send a copy of his ID card to the shipping company tomorrow (which is today). Mr. John hopes that Mr. Philip will do this and just sent him this email as a reminder: 10:30:Dear Mr. Philip, Thank you for the phone conversations we could have yesterday. I tried to call you again later in the evening, but I did not manage to get through to you. I keep on thinking about the issues that we have now with the parcels and I feel very helpless about it. My prayer is that you find a quick solution with the shipping company to avoid that the parcel is sent back to USA. If that should happen the whole, deal between us will be destroyed. Please do your best Mr. Philip. Best regards, Mr. John === Of course I hope very much that Mr. Philip will send his ID to the shipping company today, so we can move forward with the transport. If he does I can promise him, that the next disappointment with the shipping company is just around the corner, and it will not be smaller then the present one

I have being moving and receiving package for over 25yrs , I have never had something like this offer requested by the courier company.
Thanks=== My impression of Mr. Philip is, that we might get his ID but that it will be hard to make him travel. We will see

You can always tell him that your initial character received a message from a gold minder in Ghana and he decided to send the parcel there if the scammer doesn't cooperate. At least mr. goldminer is appreciative and promised to send a lot of gold that you can sell at a good price. When a scammer sees his money disappear to another scammer they are more willing to get to action. Not always, but it's worth a try

Peter from TSC has just sent Mr. Philip a last warning:
11:52:
Good afternoon, Sir!
Since my last email to you yesterday I have been communicating with Maya ........... about the parcel.
As you know your parcel has been frozen in Casablanca since the Receiver, Mr. Sa............ T............ Op.............., har failed to send us a valid ID or let us know if he wants to use a biometric authentication procedure.
Maya has instructed us to change the receiver name to a certain person in another African country if you have not fully complied with our identification requirements within 6 hours after this email has been sent. This will be done without any further notice.
With the hope that I managed to make myself understood, I greet you and assure you of our full consideration.
Peter

@macs, I don't know why, but I have the impression that your scammer did not really understand that the delivery can be made even in the absence of the identity documents. With the biometric identification. It is obvious that he avoids showing his identity documents (either he does not have or he is reluctant).
Try to propose hime some easy alternatives: - to modify the beneficiary (receiver) with someone else... a more cooperative person who is willing to comply with the security rules regarding the authentication. - to officially notify the fact that he does not have identity documents (passport or Driver License) and to accept the biometric authentication.
If he doesn't want to comply anyway, then I think you're wasting your time with him.

Birlic , as you posted your proposal above, Peter from the shipping company got this short email from Mr. Philip: 14:34: He will use his bvm
=== Peter has written back to ask if he means that Mr. O...... wants to use a biometric authentication procedure? Mr. Philip has not replied yet. From my (Mr. John’s) phone conversations with Mr. Philip, it is my clear impression that he has an ID, but that he is reluctant to send it since he find it strange that the shipping company shall as for an ID long before the delivery of the parcel. He even promised me yesterday to send his ID to the shipping company today. But maybe you are right and he is just lying. I have been playing with the idea that sister Maya shall act so fed up with Mr. Philip, that she redirect the package to Cotonou with the aim of giving it to an other receiver that she knows there. When the package has reached Cotonou and is still at the shipping company’s storehouse, Mr. Philip (or his representative) shall get a last chance to get the package. The condition is though, that they to Benin for his own expense to pick up the parcel. Sister Maya is tired of all this, and will not pay for the transport from Cotonou to Lagos. Since Mr. Philip seems to be sceptical to identify himself (or his mate), I believe it will be even more challenging to make him travel unless it is his own fault that the parcel has ended up in Benin Rep. What do you think about this plan Birlic? === Mr. Philip has just replied to Peter from the shipping company. He says just very short: Yes, that is correct. In other words, he is staying the he is ready for the biometric authentication procedure I just hope that Mr. O...... really IS READY!

Peter from TSC Ltd. has just sent Mr. Philip this email. I (in my roles as Mr. John, Mr. Peter and Ms. Maya) hopes that Mr. Op...... will fully comply, but I am cautious expecting too much 16:15:Dear Sir, Thank you for your quick reply on behalf of Mr. Sa........... T....... Op.............. The BIP procedure (Biometric Identification Procedure) requires a set of pictures to be made in specific positions. This will allow a compute algorithm to generate a unique and personal Biometric Profile for you (the Receiver), which then can be used to identify you upon delivery. To be able to distinguish any discerning marks or tattoos, you will have to remove your shirt and pants. Please note that we do NOT require (nor accept) nude pictures! Underwear must be worn at all times. The positions are: #1) With raised arms, horizontally besides the shoulder and feet close to each other, #2) With hands high above the shoulders and legs apart. This specific position is called The Vitruvian Man (Please use Google for examples). The Vitruvian Man position is used in various studies related to ideal human proportions, in recognition of human movements in software programs and now for our Biometric Identification Procedure. In total, the BIP-procedure requires 8 pictures: - 2 photos from the front (positions: #1 and #2), - 4 photos from the side / lateral position (2 pictures from the left side for each of two positions... and 2 pictures from the right side for each of two positions), - 2 photos from the back (position #1 and #2). It is very recommended that the pictures be taken outside, in a good light, so that all your biometric details are visible. The photos must be of good quality and very clear. If you have some particular signs on your body (scars, unhealed wounds, tattoos, moles or warts, etc.) it is good to pay special attention to them. A software algorithm analyzes all those photos and creates a personal biometric profile (yours) that will be used for authentication (at the time of delivery). Your parcel is cataloged as HVC type (high value content), so it will be delivered only to you, in the presence of the local manager. All the related costs (handling, storage, customs clearance) are already paid by the Sender, so you will have only to sign a package receipt document and that's all. There are no additional costs for you. For compliance, I send you an example (see the attachment). It is about a package that arrived yesterday in Cameroon and where there were inconsistencies related to the delivery address. The Receiver sent this set of his pictures and based on them the Biometric Certificate of Authenticity was issued by our IT Department and the package was delivered without problems. The 8 photos must be sent to us at the original resolution (as they are in the phone), because they will be processed and recorded electronically here in our IT Department. Send me your biometric pictures as soon as possible, so that I can unlock the delivery and the package can be sent to the destination. Cheers, Peter

Yesterday evening Mr. John phoned his business partner in crime, Mr. Philip to ask what is the situation of things. Mr. Philip told me John, that he is not happy at all with the shipping company. They are asking them to do strange things. He told Mr. John, that every week he is doing shipments himself and he has never been met with similar requirements as TSC Ltd. has. Since he told me (Mr. John) that he is making shipments every week I asked him if he is working for a shipping company. He replied: “Listen to me! Every week we are shipping several ATM-cards abroad. That is why I know all this”. I am not going to spend more time on this ID issue. If he does not comply now with the requirement of the shipping company, sister Maya is going to ask for the parcel to be redirected to Benin where TSC Ltd. has its own storage facility. If Mr. Philip (Mr. O......) is willing to identify himself and travel to Cotonou for picking up the package, he will get it. If he is not, Maya will let him know that a local pastor will get the donation gift. That is it!

I think it is safe to say that TSC Ltd. has got one very unhappy customer today Peter from TSC Ltd. sent this email to Mr. Philip one hour ago: Good afternoon, Sir! As you know, your parcel has been frozen in Casablanca, Morocco for some days because the Receiver, Mr. S.......... T......... Op......., har failed to send us a valid ID or a BIP identification. Since this is creating extra expenses for the Sender, Ms. Maya .......... has asked us to redirect the parcel to Benin Republic and keep the parcel in TSC Ltd storage there. When the parcel has arrived in our storage in Benin, Mr. S........ T....... Op...... will get an alert. He will then have 3 days to comply with the requirements of TSC Ltd and to pick up the parcel. If Mr. S............. T....... Op........ fails to do this, we have been instructed by the Sender to release the parcel to another person, known to the Sender who is residing in Benin Republic. Cheers, Peter === A few minutes later Mr. Philip sent back this reply: Really!!!!🖕
=== Mr. Philip is clearly very mad. Why is it always so difficult for TSC Ltd to get happy customers???

Unfortunately I have been too busy lately to keep you updated with Mr. Philip the bank manager, who I believe is the same person as the receiver of the package that I sent to him (Mr. S.....). It was clear for me some days ago, that Mr. Philip was very likely not travel to Benin to pick up the parcel that is waiting for him there. The deadline for doing this is tomorrow. On the other hand, Mr. Philip has been and still is very frustrated and angry that the parcel now seem to be lost. I have sent him several emails to him to frustrate him to the maximum. Sometimes I have been very angry with him and insulted him; sometimes I have begged him to do something with the situation and sometimes I have asked him to forgive me for things I have said to him. He has clearly been frustrated and spent a lot of time on the case. For example, he has phoned several transport companies in the Lagos area to ask them if they work with TSC Ltd. None of them did of course do that, because TSC is a very independent company In addition, he has been in contact with people in Benin to discuss possibilities for picking up the parcel there. He hates the shipping company that we all in here are using, but most of all he hates sister Maya who he gives all the blame that his parcel ended up in Benin instead of Lagos Nigeria. One or two days after the deadline to pick up the parcel has gone, and the package has been delivered to a “pastor” in Benin, I am going to let this “pastor” send Mr. Philip an email to thank him for the geeft Thank you to Linoline and Birlic to take care of the tracking of the parcel

I'd love to see his response to that message. Plenty scammer-frustration. I enjoyed reading this bait
