Firstly, you did not write to me on 15 June. There is no such email in my account. Therefore the text of the email you provided to Cammy is fake. Why would you tell such a lie? A lie so easily proved?
Secondly, you provided a telephone number, but when I called, a child answered. A businessman's phone being answered by a small child does not make me confident about said businessman.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that you created a spurious email for reasons that remain mysterious, given how easily I unmasked your deception. As for your "secretary"; when I called, she did not identify herself, but simply said "Yes?" in a childish voice, and when I asked for you by name, she made no attempt to ask my business or take a message, but simply ended the call without another word. With respect, I do not see your inability to communicate effectively as an irrelevance. But let us move on from that.
I believe that I would be able to "handle" your transaction. The real question is if we should.
At first glance, I thought that your proposal ("we are not allowed to transfer this fund on our name as Government officials, we need a FOREIGNER to process the release of the fund in his or her name as the beneficiary") smacked of either embezzlement or money laundering. Your request for a face-to-face meeting in Ghana also gave me pause; given that Camille is a very beautiful woman, and invariably travels with her girlfriends, all of whom are likewise beautiful, white slavery and sex-trafficking seemed a possible motivation.
With regard to the first point; it would make the decision to participate far easier if the process was spelled out in full detail. As for the second point, I cannot think at this time of how you could allay that fear, so I must think on it further.

Your greatest error was planning this transaction, involving face-to-face meetings, in the middle of a global pandemic, ignoring the restrictions that would invariably be imposed during such a crisis. You then refuse to consider a binding agreement being set in place before the transaction begins. There is no good reason to defer that. You should not be afraid to put your name to something so basic. Finally, you expect us to send you $5,000 on not even as much as a handshake, which is truly astonishing in its naivete.
