Any veteran baiter will likely have encountered multiple iterations of Dr Godwin Emefiele, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. One tactic I use against commonly used scammer identities is the "cascade bait" - employing email scripts from previous versions against recent arrivals to cause confusion.
Here's a recent example, ongoing as of 15 June 2021
All scammer emails are date-stamped; my comments are in bold.

The Informational Remittance Department IRD, made me to understand that there if a Fee called Cost of Transfer (CoT) they ask you Mr. Malcolm Reynolds,to pay but you refused to comply hence the IRD did not Transfer your Money as required.
Now I have Ordered the IRD to carry out the Transfer of your Money without asking you to pay any Money again and the Director in the Department Dr. Charles Columbus, told me that the IRD will comply with the Directive, but the Problem right now is that the Account in which your Money is has run into Dormant and before the Transfer can move you Must Re-activate the Account which is Truth.
Now I have asked how much is the Re-activation and they told me just US$310 only so please if you want this Bank to move on to Transfer your Money into your Bank Account that you will send kindly let me know immediately, and also send down your Bank Account where the Central Bank will Transfer your Money into ASAP.

I have given an Order to the International Remittance Department IRD never to ask you again the Cost of Transfer that all you needed to pay is the Re-activation fee of 230$ so please if you are ready to comply kindly let me know ASAP.
