It seems I’m getting a little burnt out from scambaiting. I don’t intend to quit, but I could use a break. I’ve been talking to scammers less and less, and scaring away the random text message and WhatsApp scammers as Madam Fiona (which is fun). I mentioned on the thread about the fake Alice Little that I staged a stalking and attempted murder on myself to see what reaction I’d get from this scammer, and I was kinda hoping if I left it for a few days, maybe this scammer would believe I’m dead. That works for me coz I’m tired of talking to them. But god help the money mule in his web.
Maybe I should continue to drag this one. I do have a good laugh every time I’m in a hurry and have to send the card quickly, usually blurry, and happily ignore their protests.

Many baiters take breaks as needed. Some take a couple of weeks while some take months to years. Take a step back from it until you feel rejuvenated.

It happens quite often....it's ok to step back and take a breather.

You are the most important. Baiting is a hobby that should be fun, not an obligation or a chore. When it's starting to feel like that it's time to take a break and just enjoy the stories of others, or do something completely different for a while. It's ok. Take care of yourself first, there will always be other scammers, but only one you.

Breaks are important. Sometimes, moving to a completely different area of baiting can reinvigorate.
