Call from very well spoken U.K. sounding lady looking for the usual person who previously had our land line number. She was calling about the usual washing machine insurance. Now her accent would have made me more vulnerable if I wasn’t aware of the scam and how many other calls I have had regarding this for the same person. Alternatively she may have been totally oblivious of the fact she was working for scammers. There was call centre noise in the background so beware.
Now just answered the phone to a Scamazon caller. He got VERY angry because I talked over him asking him to repeat himself. He demanded I listen to him. I replied “I have been married twice and am fed up with listening,” Can’t understand why the call didn’t last longer.
