Joe Milner is the "Chairman Debt Reconciliation Committee Federal Republic Of Nigeria/Chairman Board of Directors Zenith Bank Plc" and apparently wearing two hats led to him signing one of his emails to Captain Mal (it's all about Captain Mal getting $10 million) as "Mr Million."
I never heard from you before today, I don't remember anything about "the best way you will receive the us$10m," and I don't see how and why you would call me "Sir/Ma."
So explain about your methods of payment and so on. I'd like to know what you mean.

The first was a "check your email" call, in which the Lad objected being called Mr Million. In the others, Mr Million tries to exert authority; Mal doesn't accept that.
