This is an odd bait that seems to be sabotaging itself...

The only means this money can be received by you is by opening an offshore account to accommodate the funds. Secondly, funds can be delivered in an ATM card through a specially arranged delivery service. These are the only two ways. Therefore, I sincerely want to hear from you on which you choose .

What I can tell you is that it came from the main UN office in Canberra. I got the email address from the UNAA website.
