This is to let you know that I just ended a call with Mr Lenny.
I'm sorry, but he let me understand that he has difficulties in hearing, which stopped us from having a good voice communication.
If there's a means to contact him through email or WhatsApp, I'll really appreciate it.

I heard the recording which Lenny played to me.
Unfortunately it was really hard to hear you. I think your device has microphone problems.
Are you living in Virginia? Lenny told me that the call came from Virginia.
Please recheck your device and line.
WhatsApp - we generally don't use it, as WhatsApp is insecure. Besides that, we use only landline/mobile for business calls in order to be able to record and save billings for conversations for security purposes.
So we shall go ahead with trying to talk to Lenny.
