This is Joshua Kwame writing, I am sorry for my late response, I have been hospitalized, I have this vascular pain, where there is interruption of blood flow to the tissues of my nerves, but I am feeling better now.
Since I came out of the hospital I was able to speak with the honorable minister referred as the owner if the funds and the fact of the matter is that due to the Pandora investigation issue ,which his name popped up, he became careful on his finances, he told me that the fund 48.6m Euro is currently deposited cash in a private security vault in Brussels and its a spendable cash.
He intend to give a power of attorney to who will go to Brussels to facilitate the release of the funds from the security vault with the help of the financial expert Mr. WADJI MENSAH, who help to facilitate the deposit.
The honorable minister said that due to the Pandora issue and his bid for presidency, he does not want to get involve.
He is ready to share 50/50 hence it requires you coming to Brussels to get issues solve and with the help of wadji mensah, you can have the funds transferred bit by bit to any nominated account.

I doubt that my going to Brussels in an option, at least any time soon. Besides, dealing with huge amounts of cashy money is a risky matter. That's the province of criminals like drug dealers, loan sharks, money launderers, casino owners and the like.

I understood your concerns, there is a financial expert, who is affiliated to de-la-rue presently in Brussels who is standby to assist us in this regard.
The funds have no tie with any illegal dealing, the problem the minister have is that his name is mentioned in the Pandora issue and he is vying for a presidential seat come 2024 and would like to place the funds in a proxy custody.

Pandora investigation is corruption investigation conducted by Journalist from 60 countries all over the world and have listed Government functionaries like presidents and ministered who have hidden investment or funds outside the country they serve ,which was no earned legitimately.

If that money was made legitimately, then surely this minister dude's got nothing to worry about, so I wouldn't be needed; he can do what he likes with the money. If that money was not made legitimately, then I wouldn't be taking part. I can't think of a third option.
