Request for phone call help Baiting Mr J

Allright, so there's a group in a social network known by everyone, F where this guy perform his deals. He pretends to sell wheelchair, pretending to be an US company that already exists (they have been informed). I have many proof of what he does, recordings, some data like his btc wallets and real life name, and a phone number he uses saying his brother has an insurance company which I am sure he doesn't. Unfortunately I don't know how to call to that country from mine, can I share his phone here and try and see what happens? It would be awesome to have proof of his other acts, other than pretending to sell wheelchairs to vulnerable people.
