Or somewhere else? Also, I've never done any office work in my life. Helvete, I'm a photomodel! My BBFF would be a better fit, but I doubt he'd want to give up our life and be a drone.

Thank you very much for your timely response to the investment inquiry. Kindly go through the terms below as directed by my client, and provide me with your suggestions and advice.

Your educational background does not matter, at least secondary school is okay since you can read and write and as I told you in my previous email, it does not take anything to take care of Real Estate investment. It just purchasing of land and building a structure in it, getting buyer, operating and leasing. You can equally employ your best friend to assist you, then you learn from him. This is because our client(Investor) is not be there in your country rather you will be the one in charge of everything but he will be the one to finance the investment through you.
A commitment to a new venture isn’t something to be taken lightly, but rather as an integral component to a successful investment business.
At the very least, aligning yourself with the right partner could very easily be the best decision you ever make. However, it’s just as
likely that poor investment partnership structuring can cripple growth. OK, to business... I have to be honest. I'm not an office person. I did some job placement after I left school, and I sucked at office work, like totally. Luckily I found my path in modelling, and I want to stick to that. Also, I wouldn't be able to work on Freya-Day (that's Friday to you) cos that day is sacred to Freyja, the goddess I honour.
But let's assume we go for this after all. You're talking about percentages (25% of the profits go to me, 60% to your client and 15% to the workers). I don't know business much, but I don't think you'd be able to hire anyone by promising them a percentage of profits (except for a bank robbery or treasure hunt or something, LOL). They'd need to get wages. Who would pay those? I won't ask how much, cos that would depend on what people do. Hel, I wouldn't know what to offer either, and I don't think AJ would know.
Final thing for now; what's with your friend's Bitcon ID? Why would I need that?

On to matters of moment... Cammy wanted to know about what she was supposed to do as part of the work. You told her that she would have to register a business name and recruit qualified staff. There was also some talk about "purchasing of land and building a structure in it, getting buyer, operating and leasing". You said you would open an office in Australia, but Cammy would have to do the rest. I'm not surprised that she felt out of her depth (well, she is only 160 cm in flats; trust me, she's cute). So she turned to me for advice.
So here's the question; what would I be required to do as part of this proposal? And would there still be the need for us to travel to Holland or Spain? I'd appreciate complete disclosure.

So I think you have to take over her duty since that is your field but carry her along so that she can benefit from the investment with you, after all she is your best friend. So both of you will partner with my client (The investor).

Now I fear that Cammy led you astray. I'm not into real estate. "Buying land on behalf of the Company, getting buyer, operating, leasing and all the rest of them" is not something I would normally choose to do. I invest in stocks and shares, although I'll admit that the pandemic was a lean time. Luckily we had enough good returns before that time that were more than enough to keep us all in the manner to which we're accustomed and then some, and to make up the losses since then.
To be honest, I would not care to work in an office, even as an overseer, because the life we all lead is just perfect from anyone's POV. Time spent away from each other is time wasted.
So here's the thing; unless you can give us a good reason to give up our luxury life, there's little more to say. Over to you.

Between my own sojourn in Adelaide, and some issues thereafter, I didn't reply for a fortnight.
Dear Mr Goldsby
I am well and so are Cammy and Sonja, but Chloe has been unwell. She contracted gastric flu somehow, and it made a mess of our domestic happiness for a time. Fortunately she has recovered somewhat.
Something I meant to ask about before; you didn't mention your second daughter's age, which is an odd omission. You also didn't give your children's names. Then again, you didn't mention your wife's name either. You know all of ours, so maybe you should return that favour!
