After so many romance scammers, I finally got a PCH scammer after a few years! Now we’ve been down this road before! Danielle Lam reached out to me on Instagram to tell me that I’m eligible to win $1M in “united state dollars” and a new truck, and all it will cost me is a Steam card worth $100! How could this possibly fail? I took advantage of the fact that Nigerians are highly homophobic, and taking a page from Scambait Central’s book, I did my best to weird that scammer out. I also did my classic “I bought the card but my nephews used it already” bit. Ultimately, this scammer gave up. When I went back in to take screenshots, the scammer changed their persona to Kevin Hart. This will also be the last time I bait a scammer like this on Instagram, as they’ve referred to me as my real name. PCH Scammer vs the World: imgur.com/a/sclVI8m

Haha, well played. I bet they were getting so frustrated with the gay conversation and that naughty nephew using the gift cards.
I'm assuming you have a fake account on Instagram to bait scammers with (I do as well), so how on earth would they have known your real name?

They approached my real one. I did have a fake to throw off my sister’s stalkers but I never use it anymore. I should start again.
