A diplomat is a person appointed by a state or an intergovernmental institution such as the United Nations or the European Union to conduct diplomacy with one or more other states or international organizations.

I am a Muslim I would not take what is not belong to me it's angaist my Muslim law , the funds has been deposited with the western union account on your name as the foreign beneficiary .
Please kindly forward your passport copy or a copy of your driver liecence and your bank account , so we can be transferring the funds bit by bit maxamore 170 .000 $ USD day by day after deducting our transfer charges from the total funds .

Additional; contact the embassy and find out who was responsible for sending Williams Johnson on that task. They need to be brought to account for that.

I received your reply , a meeting was heard this morning by the board of directors of the Western Union .
That you are going to provide affidavid of claim from the supreme court of Spain , before the funds could be transfer to you its going to cost you 850 euro to enable the Western Union lawyer to obtain the affifave of claim. The affidavid will be on the Western Union file as reference in case of evetuality.
As at now there is nobody that can transfer the funds without the affifavid of claim .
The funds will be transfer to you as soon you provide the affidavid of claim .

Stop fixating on that affidavit! It's not the most important thing right now. I want to know about the embassy that sent the diplomat.
Also, that phone number doesn't exist, if my understanding of what I hear when I make a call is correct. Get one that actually works.

I have contacted the embassy there ask me to contact the UN I have also contacted the UN there told me that the delivery was from the UN , but unfortunately the diplomat passed away you have to obtain the affidavit of claim , before the funds can be transfer to you without hindrance , after the deduction of the transfer charges .
