The scammer's emails are date-stamped; his name has been changed. My comments are in bold.
This one's dipped into books of motivational phrases, methinks. Or looked at desk calendars.

Hello Melcom nobody told me about you, have you ever heard of the world that people who will cross your path are already connected to you. that connection that makes what people say make sense to each other. Malcolm pardon me for not spelling your name correctly, and thank you for bringing that to my notice. This incident reminds me of a time with my late father when my teacher at school pronounced my name wrongly he was not please with that he had not make sure, accent or not she get its right lol 😂 that day was hilarious for me thinking of it today but once again thanks for your good heart and gently bringing this to my notice. Sorry.
Anyway we all have tried one or two this that have failed before unless we not doing anything then one can say I have not failed before, cause failure is the only platform to learn and improve..so in this regards am just trying to tell you this is a sure deal failure is never an option even if you have experience failure before now you certain to win. Of Course is not legal when it's proving you are not the dead guy's relative as you have no proof. However there is Bank and customer Confidentiality. All banks owe an implied duty to its customer not to divulge information about its customers to third parties. This confidentiality is not just confined to account transactions only, it extends to all the information that the bank has about the customer which you don't have and you possibly can't claim such funds. By inputting your details on the said account info as the only next of kin you are automatically acknowledged by this act as the legal beneficiary of the dead guy. Having the information of the account and the bank verifying your claim as beneficiary by confirming your details as the next of kin to the account makes it legal for you to claim. Nobody will have to question your claim because it is evident in our database that your information matches that supposed beneficiary.

He died in 2021 after his lungs failed completely in his residences Rotterdam Russia. Base on the information's I did gather as his account official. Which I haven't related to the bank else the funds will already be confiscated by the higher board members and straight up to their pockets. This things happen regularly in banks. Many clients funds are taking by the banks when nobody knows about it. Even if they do know sometimes the account official gives them what he wants because nobody knows exact amount in the account unless there is a Will and last testament of the owner specified amount in the account, that is not to be trivial with.
