Dear sister Dave,
Good evening from here, I hope you had a lovely day. Today is another day we embarked in building the monument of faith. The rain delayed us a bit hence we couldn’t complete the whole plastering for safety reasons as rain might make holes on its surface which will alter the smoothness as well as the painting.
After the rain was calm, we plastered the whole part of the monument with just the top. By the special grace of God we should be done plastering the whole part by tomorrow morning.
We thank God for giving us such strength to embark on his work till this stage without problems and may his name be praised.

So, of course you are allowed to be married. But I don't understand what change you want to make now. I am glad that sister Dave is satisfied with the progress your team is making, because this means that we will be able to start the payments and that the package will be sent to you as soon as you finish the part related to the monument. Regarding that woman you want to present as your wife, yes, of course the recipient's name can be changed. But I don't think it's necessary. I know that in the past years there were exactly the same problems like this (incomplete or invalid identity documents) in the other African parishes as well. Everything was resolved, because there are some clear procedures regarding these situations. Everyone knows that many of the Africans do not have legal documents, or they have (native) African names that are not their Christian baptismal names, or they do not have correctly identifiable addresses, etc. So, I don't think it is necessary to be worried about the fact that the appointed person (Godwin Okefe) does not have identity documents. Of course you can ask sister Dave about it.

The Cardinal approves the payment and sister Dave will officially inform you by an email that "the payment was approved and will be made by our church accountant etc etc etc"... also my email address will be communicated to you in that message and starting from then on you will be able to contact me directly.
