Is this a scam?

I got this email today. The link supplies does appear to be a legit Amazon link (https and my browser is happy with it) and one of the product reviews mentions getting the product as a promotion, but something feels weird about it, particularly when I rarely buy or review products on amazon apart from ebooks. What do you think?
