Here's a scammer of mine who would likely fall into the mononeuron category.

The scammer's name has been changed; his emails are date-stamped. My comments are in bold.

Now i understand your point but this money is a UN compensation money meant for people that was defraudred by africans one way or another,
it`s about 550,000.00 United States Dollars.
