My current bait has me begging a scammer to hop on a plane to meet me, and I’m offering to buy them a plane ticket. The scammer is insisting to pay for the flight themselves but wants me to send them the money for it. Now I have done this before and the scammer got very hostile, and gave me a good laugh. Now I have another that didn’t seem to expect this. But is asking me to send money for the flight.
My question is has anyone ever drawn up a fake plane ticket just to see a scammer meltdown? Is that easy to do?

I can see a problem with dummying up an airline ticket these days; it's mostly e-tickets now.

Isn't it better to go to a travel agency, possibly manned by Mr. Pricky's crew of Nigerian baiters, looking to chop mugu money? Or better still just do a straightforward money outlet chop?

The angle is that this scammer started out as a romance scammer, but went silent for a few months. Then they came back. Except now, my character is married to someone that when the scammer messages at certain times, they’ll get a response like “Who are you and why are you messaging my husband?” This hasn’t stopped the scammer though.
Eventually, this led to my main character dying in a hospital due to possible foul play from a wife that stands to collect a decent fortune from his passing. It’s not the first time I’ve “died” during a bait, but we’re going beyond the death and the scammer is now talking to the daughter, also played by me. The daughter now owns my business, the Nevada ranch, and is practically begging the scammer to come and visit. This initially confused the scammer, but they’re seeing dollar signs now.
When I did the “I bought your ticket” and sent a Grabify link during a previous bait, that scammer got agitated and said, “now my uncle knows about it,” and I just couldn’t help but rub salt in the wound by asking what he thinks about them working at a brothel. This one seems resistant to the idea, and I’m counting on the same kind of rage when they find out I’m not sending a dime.
I bet it might be hard to create a fake plane ticket so I’ll just tell the scammer I bought the ticket and give them the boarding information and wait for the meltdown. I’m not sure the time is right to throw out a bait card.

Is that easy to do? To get around having to provide any proof I build up the trust before this step. MOST people don't think that someone can/will use Google to search around your city for landmarks etc... If I can get a scammer to admit where he lives I often will google that city and tell him I am actually a bossiness man (sometimes a criminal) and tell him I can meet him on a certain date at a building or landmark in his city that exists. So far they always believe I legit visit their country. I will often tell them they have to go to XYZ location to pick it up from a friend of mine. This often makes them struggle as they have come up with the strangest reasons not to do something that would be very simple to do. They don't want to do it because they are scammers and don't want to interact with anyone who will remember what they look like. I am bad with forging paperwork so I just build up their trust before hand. It's amazing how people forget google maps and the information/landmarks you can get from a 5 minute search.
