That is all I needed to hear. I am not sure why it took so many emails to answer my one simple question.
On now we are not going to be able to do this via bank transfer. You see, I owe the IRS for back taxes. They have a garnishment attached to my bank account and as such any wire transfers would be available to them. I will be deep in the cold cold ground before the government gets another dime from me. So we are going to have to do the fund transfer a different way. I tell you what we can do as a legal matter of proffer. You will prepare two certified bank drafts. You will make one out to and mail it to the church I will give you the information for and the other bank draft for my share you will make out to my estate attorney as directed by him. I am waiting for him to get back to me on how he wants us to proceed.
