Just call me the Black Knight (Monty Python)

Well, it's been an interesting 24 hours. I was able to warn a few potential victims who added this loser as a friend. I was also able to get this account shut down by Facebook, but oddly they are still able to message me from it, despite their account being deactivated. The account of their "Agent" was also compromised as they stated they talked to the (supposed) agent and was told I needed to talk to another agent (thus to explain the difference in the name of the two "Agents"). Before I get too far ahead of myself here is the entire message conversation with the opener account, the one they use to direct the potential victim to the account that is supposedly the agent who gets you your promised grant/money. NOTE: I will in future posts share the conversation with the "Agent" and also will include text messages with the Agent/Agent's boss. That will be in the future... till then, here is the total conversation with the guy who created an account pretending to be someone I went to school with.

NOTE: Scammer shared a post of where a business account named "Michael Scott" updated their cover photo. They created these "Agent" business accounts to give them more credence but at the same time makes it more complicated for them to share that account with others. Thus this fool likes to share random posts that that account made. NOTE: Also given how only one account would be online at a time I am fairly confident this one person was alternating between all of their accounts to pretend to be each party. Once one person would be online suddenly one of the others would go offline at the same time.

I wanted to see how hard it would make him to try and progress his scam if all your responses are in sound bytes. In this soundbyte I asked him to get back on his other account (the agent account) so I could continue to talk to him on that account. The fact that this scam went on after this point shows the scammer either didn't listen to the audio recording and/or did and didn't understand it. This guy's English is VERY limited.

NOTE: I am pretty sure the difficulties were the result of me reporting about everything I could on his Agent account and on his personal account (This one he's talking to me with). He also used the image of a VERY INFAMOUS political leader (Senator) in his agent profile, which is laughable because it may look official... but a poor choice to use as he's a VERY divisive person.

NOTE: He shared a post on another business account where this person is named Davis Scott. NOTE: This account he sent me to was created October 2022 under the name John Brown. Then December of 2023 he changed his name to Agent Davis Scott. He wanted me to talk this account to make sure I "got my money" as this was supposedly agent Michael Davis' boss.

NOTE: Since 5 pm to 7:46 when I got my last message from this account, I was NOTE able to reply to them but they were still able to message me from this account. I am not sure how they were able to keep messaging me from a deactivated/removed account but they were able to. I am assuming that they were still logged in when they got the ban hammer from Facebook and used that Time to message me trying to keep me on the hook. 

There is plenty of soundbites of me responding and answering their questions. I won't transcribe verbatium what I said in my response as a literally wording of what was said wouldn't really add much that a nut shell explanation could assist. Given how they responded on the opening account, and the fact that they directed me to another "Agent" account I am fairly sure this account was locked by Facebook as they pretty much state that the agent Michael Scott was having problems with his account. I am assuming my multiple reports had something to do with that. I want to thank the scammer for using a picture of one of the most hated American politicians as pretending to be them... I was able to report that as political...

Facebook blocks people attempting to do this so I had to put word in the middle of it and explanation on how to remove those letters and view the image. The usage of one of the most famous/infamous American Senators as supposedly them under a different name, and then add on this image makes me wonder if anyone actually falls for this scam. THIS is my full conversation with Agent Davis Scott. All responses to this are written. You will also see references to texts with Michael Scott, which were done by SMS text to one of my burner numbers. I will include that conversation in the future. In a nutshell I used that SMS text conversation to cast doubt that I wasn't talking to the Michael Scott I talked to Facebook the day before because they didn't know any of the information I gave them previously. I counted on them not bothering to try and remember what information I gave them previously (False information) and use it to make this whole scam more difficult. They didn't bother to write down or remember what information I gave earlier as that wasn't the point of their scam... they were only interested in me sending them money...

NOTE: I am glad I replied to Michael Scott with sound byte responses as I was sure the scammer wouldn't listen to them, and if they did wouldn't understand what I was saying as my voice tends to be slurred and not precise. Thus allowing me to given them the information they wanted, but it be of no real use to them and them being in the position that they can't complain about the method I used to give them that information. Thus, the "Michael Scott" account had no idea of what I was asking in the SMS Texts to verify that I was actually talking to Michael Scott. I am fairly sure that I been talking to just one scammer and they can't come up with a good explanation why they don't know any of the information I gave them while filling out their forms. 

This is where I am currently with this scammer. I did message him from a couple of my other phone numbers to see if he would admit to being Davis Scott when randomly texted... he insisted to those random numbers that he was a person name Michael Scott.  I won't include them as they were brief and don't really add a lot to this bait. I have had fun as I am sure this scammer is still desperate to steal my money but is angry and furious cause of his own stupidity has prevented him from being able to do that. So close but so far scammer  

I think I might get a few more days out of this scammer. 

I am not sure how long this number the scammer gave me will last as my burner numbers all together get 2-3 dozen calls a day... I forwarded ALL of my inbound scam phone calls to this person's number. Meaning that starting tomorrow morning they will get dozens of phone calls a day from various scammers from India trying to scam me to only get this scammers phone number and his voice mail. 

Doing this has already got me to get one scammer to shut down their number in the past
