According to the security man he said the automated machine ask the name of sender and the name of receiver and the went to confirm it from the money gram and to provide the reference number the automated machine gave only 5 numbers and heavy noise shhhhh came up and no other number was call. The security man dropped the call and called again and the same thing happened,he was repeatedly calling back and it happened the 7th time and the calling credit exhausted. the money gram agent said that it was because it was send secure and people has been having similar problems so advise you should send the money through normal money gram shop that is not send secure and the moneygram will automatically release the reference number to you immediately to provide for the receiver to receive the money. The security man has not done anything but the problem is from the send secure system as the money gram agent in kyiv said and some people have lay the same complain and the senders withdrew the money and went to normal money gram shop that is not send secure and send from the moneygram and the receivers received the money.so far many have complained about the same issue apart from the security man,then send secure has issue. for me it is either you or the agent in the shop where you sent the money call the send secure number to receive the reference number and you will see the same thing that people are complaining about. So you have to go to moneygram agent shop to send the money and not send secure shop.

I'm afraid that I have not got good news to convey. After speaking with Mr. Patel it would appear the security man is indeed the cause of the problem. Mr. Patel was kind enough to spend a little time interrogating the call log linked to our transaction. The problem is, the security man has not been answering the security questions correctly. What I have done is have the answers to the security questions modified to simplify things. What the security man needs to say is TOODLE-PIP to every security question. Doing that will also help him overcome his inability to pronounce the name of the receiver. It would appear from the call log records that the security man could not say Yehorova Anastasiya Serhiyivna. Tell the security man to call MoneyGram again and just say TOODLE-PIP to every question. If he does that, Mr. Patel says he won't have any more problems. Stay safe my dear.

I don't understand what you mean,the basic questions they ask the security man was the receiver name and the security man stated his name and another question was the senders name and he stated your name.

So what are you trying to say,tell me what will the security man say when he is asked the receiver and sender name?.

Note,I look at the reciept now I sure in the sender name your email and not your name,look at the receipt now and explain this all you are saying now the security man has answered what he suppose answer to the questions asked.

Also according to the security man,after he answered all the questions and during the time to give the reference number,the person on phone will call 5 numbers and the next thing he hear is shhhhh and the remaining numbers will not be given to him and this happened many times even as he call expe thing to receive the number,but the will repeat the questions and when it gets to time to give the number after asking him to hold for some minutes and the 5 numbers will be call and no more instead you will hear shhhhh only

The security man sent a message that the senior officer in money gram have tracked to check the money and discovered that there was no such money sent to moneygram and he also identified that looking at the reciept you sent,there is no signature and stamp on the reciept and this shows that the reciept is not authentic. He advised the security man to go home because no transaction was found in money gram and there is nothing like send secure.am confused about this new that the security man sent,he is really angry and I don't know what to reply him yet.

I must say that this security man that you have entrusted with the job of obtaining the money that you need for your travels seems to be mucking us about for some reason. That is why I thought it best to simplify the answers he will need to give when he calls MoneyGram again. He was obviously finding it too difficult to pronounce the receiver's name so I thought it best that I came up with an answer to the questions that even a buffoon could not get wrong. I chose TOODLE-PIP because it was the first word that came to mind when I was trying to sort things out with Mr. Patel. You may have noticed that I always sign off my emails to you with a cheerful toodle-pip. And talking of emails, the reason that my email address is on the receipt is I made an error when I gave Mr. Patel the details of the receiver. I knew that I would never be able to remember such a long and complicated name so I wrote it on a piece of paper so that I could just hand it to Mr. Patel and he could enter the details on the system himself. I have just had a look in my wallet at the receipt and the piece of paper that I wrote the details on and it would appear that I did write down my email address as the sender instead of just writing my name (Cyril Rosewood). Anyway, that has not been the issue. The issue has been the security man being incapable of pronouncing the receivers name. Obviously I am not blaming you for that. How would you have known that you had sent an illiterate fool to Kyiv on such an important task? Anyway, that's by the by now and we will just have to work with what we have. Talk to the security man and have him call MoneyGram again, but make sure that he understands he must only say TOODLE-PIP to any questions he is asked except for the sender's name. I forgot to say that the moneygram senior officer told the security man that moneygram does to ask receiver to call any number before to give reference number. The security man said if what you are saying about security questions is the case,the person that was answering the call would have told him that he gave wrong answer and would to call any number at all,but the person on phone said that the answers are correct and at the point to give the reference numbers the noise shhhhh will come up after calling just 5 numbers. Let us to blame the security man because at first you never say about any security question before you started calling the number and now you are just saying it. First off, the answers to all of the security questions except one now need to be TOODLE-PIP. The only answer that must remain the same is the sender's name. That would be my name, CYRIL ROSEWOOD. Secondly, I have not got a clue about anything that the senior officer is telling the security man. I am not there with them and have no way of knowing what is being said. As for the MoneyGram system not telling the security man that he has answered a question wrong, it is my understanding that the whole call is automated and you do not talk to an actual living person. I will recheck with Mr. Patel that the information I have given you is correct, but I'm sure that is what he told me. My advice to the security man would be to ignore anything he is being told by any third party and just listen to me. Make him aware that if you do not get your £3000 he will not get his £500. I just received email from the security man and this time the truth is out.

The security man was referred to the moneygram main office in kyiv because of this situation.When he enter the Manager office he sat and then gave the Manager the slip and told him about the phone call.

The Manager said that for every money sent through moneygram all details are stored on their system including the reference number,when money is send they process it and generate a reference number immediately and give the reference number for the receiver to be able to receive the money and they don't refer any receiver to call any number.

The officer logged on the transaction with the details on the reciept and he found no transaction or money sent on may 26th by 07:16 am.

The Manager called the number on the reciept trying to help the security man and he answered every questions with TOODLE-PIP and your name as sender just as you said. The result was the same as of yesterday. The Manager contacted the head officer of the moneygram immediately to check the transaction and the moneygram head officer after few minutes responded that there was not such transaction. The manager asked the head office to verify the number (+1 MONEYGRAM) on the reciept as moneygram number,the head office check and said moneygram has only one general number and the number on the reciept is not moneygram number.

The Manager thanked the head officer and the communication ended.

Manager immediately contacted the main office of moneygram in London UK asking them to confirm the registered name and address that is on the receipt,the office in London check and said that there is no moneygram agent all over UK cities and towns with such registered name and address. The manager forwarded the slip to the London office to check the transaction on their system, in few minutes the result was no transaction found.

The Manager turned to the security man and said, moneygram is one all over the world and controlled by the same body and no transaction is done anywhere in the world that is not stored on their system including the reference number.

The Manager said there is no moneygram agent anywhere in UK with the registered name as stated on the slip and there is no registered agency known by moneygram as send secure. The Manager did all the investigations in the presence of the security man so he can see and hear everything by himself.

Secondly, there was no transaction with your name and receiver name on moneygram systems both in UK,USA and Ukraine so no money was sent or processed by any moneygram agent.

Thirdly the Manager brought out the copies of moneygram reciept presented by receivers that has collected money from moneygram,they all has signatures from different shops, but the reciept you sent has no signature or stamp,the Manager said the reciept is not authentic.

Fourthly the Manager said moneygram does not give any number for recipients to call before getting reference number,it is not done anywhere and has never been done,he said the number is New York fake generated number and does not belong to the moneygram.

Fifth,the slip was not generated from any moneygram registered agent in UK,it surpose to have signature.

The Manager said the reciept is fake not authentic and the telephone number is also fake,no transaction was done.

I am having pity on the security man for this stress we have caused him,I owe him apology.

The security man said he will wait till 2 PM today if you will go to money gram shop to send the money and if not he will result into begging for help to see how to get money to come back.

the security man did not receive the money the day he was with moneygram because he was not giving the complete reference number so he left after the much troubles as moneygram told him he does not need to call any number before he receives reference number because as soon as one is sending money,the reference number will be given to him to send to the receiver. I got there nice and early so that we can try to get things back on track as soon as possible. Anyway, the good news is, due to my opting to use SendSecure for our transaction the £3000 is insured against all sorts of mishaps. Mr. Patel says that he is sure that under the circumstances I have explained to him getting a refund will be a mere formality. I have already completed the necessary documentation required of me to facilitate this, but there is a document that needs to be completed by Yehorova.
