Due to the critical situation I was in Libya, I have already left Libya to one of the West African country seeking refuge without success. Consequently, our status/position of the present state of things does not permit me to open an account or run any huge financial business at the moment. For this reason, I want to partner with you as I have fund records to entrust into your care.
I want the fund records to be changed to your full information as this will enable the trust agent move the money to you anywhere in the world you might be located. Your assistance will enable us invest this money in your country or anywhere it will be safe and productive.
Unfortunately, the new government in Libya is looking out for all our family members that work with the late president Gaddafi for Prosecution or be persecuted/kill. I am looking for an honest/trusted

Hello,
Thanks for your respond and also your kind assistance. I want to inform you that i'm the only child in my family and I'm 21 years of age. I'm currently in the refuge camp in Ghana because the Libya government is in search for me. I found my self here with the help of a Rev. Sister whom i was living with until her untimely death, then i decide to live in the UN refuge camp for protection. I have no passport on me.
However, the fund in question is 15 million dollars and it was deposited in a security storage company in Germany, i have been communicating with the company and they are ready to release the fund to me as soon as i provide a good garden who will take good care of me to further my education and handle my inheritance.
