I’ve received many emails pushing Barclay’s Bank scripts, and I decided to put them to some use.

Bitcoin is not an option. It's used by criminal elements and I'm surprised you'd offer it.
Also, cash is not an option either. It would never pass customs, for one thing.
The big question is; none of the documents Mr Scott said were needed have been obtained, so how can you move the money anyway?

Sir, First of all you are dealing with Barclay`s Bank not individual so i wonder why your cash delivery is impossible before you and do not condemn btc payment again if you are not using it other people including company`s are using it even here in UK.
If you are ready to comply with me and follow the due process according to my instructions you are going to receive your cash delivery in five (5) days.
If you wish to receive your cash delivery in good faith:
1) You will pay the cost of delivery from UK to the International Airport in your country
2) You will pay the cost of clearing at the airport in your country
