When scammers dangle the carrot of huge sums of money, they sometimes go slightly mad with the amount on offer. I've been offered very large sums in the billions... but that has been surpassed.
Scammers also don't have a clear understanding of the way certain financial bodies function, such as the IMF and the World Bank.
Scammer's names have been changed; their emails are date-stamped. My comments are in bold.
The opening email was in five different fonts and four different colours. I've kept only the colours.
