This ain't the guy.
This is a short bait, but a howler in the opening email was too good not to use.
I’ve obfuscated the scammer’s name by using “K.” as his first name; his emails are date-stamped. My comments are in bold.
The howler I mentioned above is in red.

Mensah the united nations Chief shipping Authority. your 2 trunk boxes of consignment his presently recovered in Kotota international airport from a useless Delivery agent who was trying to divert your funds to United Arab Emirates before he was cut in Kotoka international airport through the help of the United Nations inspecting teams including the aviation authority, took your funds to the airport safe keeping and your funds was fully open through the United Nations inspecting teams and the aviation authority and behold they found $20million dollars with your name and your email address was fully written on your funds that's why I contacted you for you to confirm if truly you are the rightful owner of this funds that was fully recovered, so that we can proceed with your delivery as you follow all instructions.
