After "Mario" came clean (because I was making his scam impossible), he begged for Jenny's forgiveness and quickly asked for help opening a auto repair shop. I told him I wanted a business plan that explains profit / loss, target client profile, competitors, billing methods.. and so on. He sent me pictures of all the tools he wants. After weeks of just telling me that his plan is to open a shop and be profitable, I demanded a written plan before I would help (I'm never going to help). This is what he sent..
