He had called Moneygram chatbot. *He's using very bad voice changer at first call.
2 hours later I reply to him.

I have received your email. As I told you early, It's my first time using this moneygram transfer service. I went back to the moneygram office and the moneygram clerk told me that they have sent you the fee with moneygram safepay and they have implemented extra security rules for West Africa transfers.The clerk also told me that the receiver needs to call their one time secure number for the MTCN. So please call their one time secure number and get the MTCN yourself.

What do you mean you can't get the MTCN number? You haven't called me in the last few days. I was only called by Chairman Kobi Owuse, who claimed to be from Ghananian chairman association and asked me my email address and questions about my ATM card delivery from you. I'm 64 years old and I need to go again in this coronavirus time to Moneygram to ask them for an explanation, when they tell me again that you have to call their one time number on the receipt to get the MTCN number. Have you even read my last email to you? Please re-read it and call me back at +1Lenny so I know that you have read this and my last email.
