If this idiot continues to be non-responsive and does not do what we want him to do, then maybe Sister Dav can suggest and ask for my acceptance for, that the package is redirected to a pastor in Benin that she knows very well and trust 100%. This pastor can then sell the items and thereafter transfer to me the $12.000 + half of the money, that he has got for the items. The rest of the money he can keep for himself and his church-work. If Sister Dav comes up with this proposal, I will of course accept I will also let Dr. Mark know that Sister Dav has warned me very strongly not to deal with Dr. Mark anymore, and that I have decided to follow Sister Dav’s advice. Let's try to annoy him, maybe we'll get a reaction from him. Macs' idea is very good... Mark must "feel" that the money is slipping through his fingers and that they will end up with another scammer.

Mr. John is of course very frustrated over the situation with the package and risk of losing both the money and the items. He has therefor sent Dr. Mark this email:

Dear Dr. Mark,
I have been in contact with Sister Dav to get an update on the transport of the items and to money over to you. I was very sad to hear, that the communication between the transport company, Sister Dav and you is not going well at all and that you are refusing to receive the package. She is not at all happy with the situation. She also told me, that this is the very first time that anything like this has happen to her. Normally the receivers are very thankful and glad for what has been sent to them. I know that you did not want everything done this way, but I had hoped that you and Sister Dav would find a solution, so you can get my payment and the funds can be released to me next week.
Sister Dav is now trying to make me accept, that the package is instead donated to an orphanage or a church in Africa, because the alternative solution (that of bringing the package back to the USA) is unacceptable for the church. Dav will not pay the cost of transport back and is outraged by your behavior. Especially since those employees from the transport company suspect that the real beneficiary mr. Emmxxxxx Adxxxxxxxx was not notified of the existence of the package. If there is a problem with that man (he is ill, or he is out of town), then please let me know. Ultimately, I can tell Dav to change the beneficiary's name to one nea person that guarantees he can receive the package. I am not glad for the solution to donate the package, because then I will lose all the money and I will get nothing in return for the valuable items. I have not accepted her proposal yet, but I feel very powerless in this situation.
Yesterday I had to see my doctor, because I have difficulties to sleep. He gave me some medicine and also some medicine that can help me to relax. In this situation I cannot do anything else than to let Sister Dav take care of everything on my behalf. I feel, that if you and Dav can’t reach an agreement concerning the delivery of the package, I will in the end be forced to accept to donate everything away. Therefore I would ask you one more time Dr. Mark, to try to put yourself in my situation and try your hardest to find a solution.

When Sister Dav has some available time, I think she should give Dr. Mark a deadline to fully comply with the requirements of the shipping company. If Dr. Mark has not fully satisfied the shipping company within this deadline, the receiver’s name will be changed to a pastor in Cotonou, Benin, which is running an orphanage that church is already supporting financially. This is a solution that Sister Dav has spoken with Mr. John about and he has accepted.
