These guys in the video are Nigerian. The location is Ghana because I hear local Ghanaian language in the background (some women shouting in the background). But these guys are speaking Nigerian Pidgin English. Ghanaians don't speak that. Most scam perpetuated in Ghana are by Nigerians.
