Screen sizes are different for everyone and we wish to avoid a blow-out where the picture cannot be seen without scrolling.
Please limit your pictures to 800px width.
A site I use is Adobe online resizer:

Pictures that are libelous, defamatory, abusive, or threatening, excessively violent, harassing, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or pornographic are prohibited.
If you get a scammer to pose in underwear or nude and want others to see it, host the picture elsewhere and provide a link to it here. This is our host Proboards rule.
