Two very different types of scambaiting but I like what both styles bring to the table.

Hello! I remember scams before the internet. Funk and Wagnalls Encyclopedias tried to scam me in 1985; they sent books that I never asked for and then sent a legal threat letter saying that I owed shipping costs. I tore it up! Hello from Australia!

I am a big fan of Mr. Pricky's work and have an interest in scambaiting, though I am not certain as to whether I am possessed of the aptitude to scambait myself. I would be interested to chat with someone to see whether that is a possibility.

Used to actively bait quite a few years ago now - back in the day when sending funny passports and driving licences was a thing, as well as roasting scammers at the end of the bait...
I have been reading the new rules and guides on it... fancy dabbling again.
Although it's fun and you can make it fun, my real motivation is taking away their time from real victims, helping to identify real victims and warning them off as I did a few years back.
Loving the new telephone bots by the way!

Marvellous thanks! I have got one on the hook right now and we're going the MoneyGram route  Great work by the way. These bots are amazing. What surprised me is the amount they go for. It was always thousands of pounds or dollars before. Now the scammers seem to go for smaller amounts like $50... I guess that's the start of it then they probably request more and more? |

Hi, This is Brandon, Ive been a fan & follower of SBC since Dec 2019, a Patreon since Feb 2020, I thoroughly enjoy the entertainment from scambaiting and appreciate the structure at expertise of SBC.
I take West African Advanced Fee scamming Very Personal, 15yrs ago my Grandpa (living alone in his late 80's in Northern Michigan U.S) Was robbed 10's of thousands of $ by these Shamelessly Dishonest Savages.
My name on this Forum (& on occasion in the live streams) is Grandpa Charlie in his honor.
Very excited to join this Forum looking forward to lots of fun.
