Hello I'm Sam, I have been following Mr.Pricky for some months now, which is how I found out about this forum. In my humble opinion, Pricky is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing, due to the obvious work that he is doing, all the while providing us with hours upon hours of entertainment. A curse, due to the fact that once you have stumbled upon his channel, you get sucked in like a drug addict who is always looking for more. Today I can proudly say that I too am like one of those addicts.

My name is Purple, and I’ve been baiting on and off since 2005. Things were a lot simpler back then, it was like the Wild West, utter chaos but with an evil grin
I tend to bait for six months, then let thing die down again, so winding up the lads isn’t a career choice for me, more an outlet for my somewhat sadistic sense of humour. I don’t do phone baiting or romance, I prefer to stalk my prey, after all, all I have to offer the scammers is “time”. I’ll go into my baiting inbox and “stir the pot” until a couple of likely candidates come to the surface, then peck them into utter confusion. If I can get six months entertainment from an individual, I think that’s a fair exchange
The last one I played as the inmate of a mental institution, who could only access the internet at night when a certain nurse was on duty, in exchange for my medication. The perfect excuse for my characters insanity as far as I was concerned. I tried to explain to him that when I took my meds the voices in my head went away, and that I missed them, so giving up meds in exchange for access was fine from my point of view. Of course, this meant that the lad was never quite sure who he was talking to, but hey, not my problem
I enjoy the creativity of the bait, the utter confusion, feeling that sense of frustration as the lad wants to talk to one of your personalities, but has to wait for it to appear again
Anyway – that’s enough about me – like I said above, mad as a box of frogs in baiting mode
Lots of familiar faces here, wondered where you’d all got to, but I can guess why. It’s going to take a while to get up to speed on here (new format, and content as well), but that’s the lads fault as always

Hi, I’m PenGal and new to the site, the world of romance scamming, and most of the vocabulary used. Until 4 or 5 weeks ago I had no idea these scammers were even a ‘thing’. Enter naive old fart, discovers the world of online dating sites and we are off n running within 2 days with 2 scammers. It took about 2 days to suspect with first scammer, took longer with second one. I have to admit once I did some quick reading on subject I had loads of fun. Unfortunately, I may have unknowingly opened myself up to danger. I am here to learn, stay safe, and yes, have fun! Would some kind, experienced soul please send me somewhere I can talk about email addresses that I gave to these scammers and how to protect myself? I live in the central time zone in the US. Any help or guidance would be appreciated

My name is shibby and I'm from Manchester male 40..I do a bit of scambaiting myself as somehow I have wound up on a suckers list and 419 scammers bombard my phone with get rich quick schemes. I just waste their time like Mr pricky does and string them along. My favourite videos were the one where the guy was claiming to be a knight. It was hilarious. Anyway guys hopefully I will get to make friends with you all

I take West African Advanced Fee scamming Very Personal, 15yrs ago my Grandpa (living alone in his late 80's in Northern Michigan U.S) Was robbed 10's of thousands of $ by these Shamelessly Dishonest Savages. My name on this Forum (& on occasion in the live streams) is Grandpa Charlie in his honor. Very excited to join this Forum looking forward to lots of fun. Hi Brandon, I am sorry to hear that. My elderly parents have had one or two "close calls". I hate what the scammers do and for me every second of their time and resources wasted is a second taken away from efforts on real victims. The entertainment factor for me is key, because the "fun side" keeps people doing it. |

Hey Everybody. WhatTheFlimFlam here. I am a big fan of Scambaiting, and got here after Mr. Pricky suggested it. I love scambaiting in its many forms- via email, via phone calls, or real-life baiting such as the safaris. I appreciate every scambaiter for their own style and way of doing things, and I have found that filling my workdays with the efforts of these baiters has made them that much more enjoyable. I look forward to mostly lurking/reading and chiming in with some praise/thoughts here and there. Cheers to all members, let's support these baiters.
