If anyone is wondering why the economy in Nigeria is a mess, then maybe I am partly the one to blame. For about one and a half year, I have been confusing and playing around with the Governor for the Central Bank of Nigeria. So much so, that I do not believe he has had much time and energy to focus on the more important tasks that a person in his position should focus on. It would be far too long to mention everything I have put Sir. Godwin through over this period. Until recently, all our communication was only over the phone, but now I have also started to commutate with him via email. The last weeks I have also been introducing Sir Godwin to STS’s chatbots. Until now, Sir Godwin has phoned 10 times to the MoneyGram line, 10 times to Lilly and 18 times to Lenny. In total, he has made 38 chatbot calls Of course, all the 38 phone calls are in one way or another related to me making a payment to him. The fact that it has been necessary to phone so often clearly indicates that it has not been a smooth path for me to make the payment. When my (Mr. John’s) bank yesterday, without giving any reason, refused to make a bank transfer to Sir Godwin’s secretary in Nigeria, I got so stressed and fed up, that I did directly against Sir Godwin’s advice. I contacted sister Maya from my church and asked her to help me send a package to Sir Godwin’s secretary with 1 MacBook Pro, 1 Iphone 12, 1 Apple Watch + 1 chocolate box with $4,500 cash hidden inside. The package was sent yesterday, not to the address to Sir. Godwin’s secretary, but to the storage of TSC Shipping that is closest to Abuja Nigeria. Of course TSC does not have any storage in Abuja – and not even in Nigeria, but this issue we have to deal with later (hopefully) I had previously mention the idea to send the money this way together with some valuable items, but Sir Godwin has up to this date been very much against it, so ..... how will Sir Godwin now react when he gets the good news that a valuable package is on its way over to him??

..... and then some minutes later this email:
NOTICE OF PAYMENT CANCELLATION:
Dear Mr John
It is very important you should call me this morning. Note that today 26/3/2021 the wired funds should be confirmed and credited into your account. But till this moment you fail to comply with instructions/Directives by paying the official fees/charges.
The next steps the Board will take now is to cancel this transfer and forced to close your payment file and the Chief justice of Federation will open a court case for Economic sabotage if the funds is left unclaimed
Be warned for the last time. Maybe you did not know the implication of what you are trying to do.
It is better you call me as soon as you receive this email for proper advice that will help you.
Mr Godwin

Now it does not look very good for Mr. John. He is stressed, sad and not really in the mood to phone Sir Godwin back when he leave messages to Mr. Lenny (Mr. John's father).
Just just send Sir Godwin this short email back:
Dear Mr. Godwin,
I am sad to see your reaction and to read your accusations in your email to me, but I will call you later this afternoon.
Best regards,
Mr. John

When Sir Godwin checks his junk mail box in the afternoon his mood gets a bit better. He has got an email from sister Maya, who is telling him more about the shipment and what is inside the package. She also gives him a tracking number so he can follow the progress Sir Godwin write sister Maya this nice email: Dear Mrs Maya
Thanks for your mail. I just saw it in my Spam email this morning. Content noted. Already My good Friend Mr John told me he gave such items to ship to Nigeria in the name of my secretary. But he made a very big mistake. He should have consulted me before the shipment for a word of advice.
The best bet is that you have to write to the shipping company that when the goods arrives Nigeria i will give them an Address the will dispatch it with their dispatch rider to the address i will give to them
Try to be in constant communication with them to avpoid missing of the items in the content of the parcel
How long will it take to arrive in Nigeria. Try to be monitoring the movements of the shipment because i have single time to track the shipments
Mr GodwinAnd to Mr. John he sends this email: Thanks for your mail. Content noted. I have received an email from Maya your church secretary regarding the shipment and money inside the parcel she sent yesterday.
The annoyance is that you should have called me before taking such steps to ask me how we can do it. You never consulted me if there is another alternative rather than taking the risk to send such an amount in a parcel which nobody is sure it will get to Nigeria.
I would have suggested to you by sending the money bit by bit through Western Union, RIA, or Worldremits who use bank accounts to send any amount.
Well the mistake has been made. I pray it will not turn to another thing. Knowing my position and office in the Government. You have to tell the lady to warn the Shipping Agent to be careful in the dispatch. I will give them a good address where my secretary can pick it up from them for security reasons.
Please Mr good Friend it is very important you should call me for us to talk regarding this matter. The Board of Central Bank are on my neck regarding my assurance and Guarantee to them that you will settle all the fees. Are my going to tell them that you send the money in a parcel
Waiting for your email and telephone call
Mr Godwin It seems that the mood is a bit better now

Sister Maya is fast to reply to Sir Godwin and send him this nice email:
14:50:
Dear Sir Godwin
Thank you for your email.
Brother John was very very sad when he phoned me yesterday, because he did not know what he should do. He told me that you are a very good friend of his and that you have been very helpful and patient with him. The only instruction brother John gave me was that I should make everything so easy as possible for you Sir and not put any extra burdens and stress on you.
The instructions I have given the shipping company is that they shall bring the items so close as possible to Abuja Nigeria, and that they then shall contact me. I just checked on the tracking page of the company and the parcel has already reached Paris. You can also follow the progress yourself on the link I gave you in my previous email.
I pray and trust that everything will go well.
Be blessed Maya

Yesterday evening Mr. John phones Sir Godwin to ask what is the situation of things Sir. Godwin is now in better mood that he was this morning. It was a bit noisy in the background. I asked him where he were because it was noisy. He told me that he was at the board meeting of the Central Bank of Nigeria where he should defend my case. He was highly worried, because the other members were about to lose their patience with me Mr. John explained all the problems he had with the bank and how they had refused to make the transfer to Nigeria. Sir Godwin regretted himself that he had given me an account number in Nigeria. He should instead have given me an American account number. He then asked me if it is possible to call the package back and then make the payment to an account in an American bank. I told him that I should ask sister Maya from the church to check things out. Then we should get back to him ..... but of course this will not be possible A few hours after our phone conversation he send these two emails. The first one is to me and the second one is to sister Maya Email to Mr. John:Dear Mr John
How are you doing this evening. Thanks for your telephone call as you promised in your email this afternoon. Hope our discussion was a success to move us forward toward a positive conclusion of the Financial transaction at hand.
I told you to ask Maya if it is possible to cancel the shipment and return it back to the UK, Because i will not like to put myself and my secretary into any problems with security officials in Nigeria. If they found out that such an amount of money is concealed in the parcel. It will be a problem.
Note. Whereby it is not possible to cancel the shipment. She has to tell the shipping company to bring the parcel to Lagos , Nigeria. My secretary Ib....... ch..... ob...... will come down to lagos to receive it. As I earlier told you that my wife's Senior Brother has a church in Lagos. And those items can be given to him to promote the church.
Furthermore, Since the Board has not received any single cent from you, And the funds transfer has been made since Tuesday. I will sincerely advise you as a friend if it will be possible to find a way and the $950 tomorrow to receive it and present it to the Board pending the arrival of the parcel or the return back to the UK.
Anything short of this arrangement will jeopardise all we have laboured to put together. I know moneygram will refund you the $850 since the recipient did not pick it up. It is your money.
I am having problems with the Board today in our close of the weekend official meeting. But I know you will not disappoint me. that is to say, find a way and send money to me tomorrow. I will be very glad to save my Job and position
Waiting for your reply and telephone call tomorrow morning
Mr Godwin Email to sister Maya: Dear Mrs Maya
How are you doing. Very glad you received your email and up date regarding the shipment you sent to Nigeria Since yesterday.
I am not happy because I was not officially informed about the process. If he told me earlier I will not agree to the procedures of putting money in a parcel.
It is out of an official procedure, Know my position and office. Please Note that you people and the shipping company will not involve me in this matter.
And I have told Mr Mark if it is possible for you to cancel the shipment and return it back to Uk. That will be Good.
Whereby it is not possible to cancel the shipment. Please take not that the Shipping company should bring the parcel to Lagos. Nigeria not Abuja.
While because the church that will receive the items is based in Lagos. And my secretary Ib........ Ch......... Ob........ will not mind coming down to Lagos to pick up the parcel to any Address very convenient for him. Hope i have made it very clear to you Madam
Mr Godwin

Early this morning sister Maya sends this email to Sir. Godwin with a copy to Mr. John:
07:53:
Dear brother John
I hope and pray that you are doing fine and that you have had a good night rest.
As you asked me yesterday evening, I have been in touch with TSC and asked if it is possible to recall the parcel. They told me that this is very difficult to do in the middle of the transportation and that it also will be very costly.
They also told me that the parcel this morning has reached the African continent already.
I also told TSC to bring the parcel to the company’s storage that is closest to Lagos and not Abuja. They confirmed that they will do that.
Brother John please do not worry about the transport and how everything will go. As you know I have done this several times before on behalf of the church and with the help of TSC. They have always taken very well care of everything. They also do this because you have promised to repay them any extra costs related to the parcel such as duties, handling etc.
As you asked me to do brother John I will also send a copy of this email to Sir Godwin.
See you at the church service tomorrow.
Be blessed Maria
===
A few minutes later Sir Godwin replies to sister Maya.
08:17:
Dear Mrs Maya
Thanks for the copy mail forwarded to me this morning. The content is highly noted. Since there is no way the parcel will be recalled back to UK.
There is no problem , Only that you have to let the shipping company do their work perfectly without involving any security officials. It has to be delivered strictly according to my instructions/directives knowing the content is very risky to me and my position.
That is why I want to stay clear from this. As soon as the parcel arrives Lagos Nigeria. I will send you an Address where it will be delivered to the receiver without any problems safe and secured.\
Further information try to let me know by email
Regards.
Mr Godwin

Mr. John is not in the mood to send long emails to Mr. Godwin. He just send him this short email and then stay silent for the rest of the day, well knowing that Sir. Godwin will not be happy Yesterday 10.32: Dear Mr. Godwin, Thank you for your email - also for the email you sent to sister Maria. Maya has shown me how I can follow the parcel online. I have just seen that the parcel now is in Casablanca. Hopefully your secretary will receive the parcel on Monday by God’s grace. Best regards, Mr. John === Sir. Godwin surely is not satisfied. He send this email back to Mr. John: Yesterday 12.00:Dear Mr John
Thanks for your mail. I was waiting for your call since morning as you promised in our telephone discussions yesterday evening
You did not even comment on the request I made that you should try to send the $950 first official fees which you paid $850 still hanging in Moneygram till today.
For the interest of both parties. You should take it as a point of duty to make sure money is sent to Nigeria today. What I mean is the $950 To hold at hands waiting for the arrival of the parcel.
If in the process did not get to the receiver. What will I tell the Federal Government of Nigeria? That i made a transfer of 10 million BPS without official fees/charges.
Mind you we have not given them any address in Lagos where to deliver it. Try to understand my situation here that the Board of the Central Bank of Nigeria is on my neck. Is it a bad thing to Guarantee for you?
Please you should not make me look stupis before my fellow officials
Mr Godwin
=== Late yesterday the situation becomes more difficult and complex when Hon Minister of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, intervenes in my case. She phones Sir. Godwin and tells him that she is not happy that the Nigerian Government has not yet received my payment. Sir Godwin sends me a short email to warn me of her 17:38:Dear Mr John
The Hon Minister of Finance, Federal Republic of Nigeria called me today that he is going to write to you regarding the outstanding officials fees/charges you are owing to Federal Government of Nigeria,
I want to ask you if you did receive any email from her. The name is Mrs Zainab Ahmed.

Mr. John has been busy the entire Sunday. He also warned Sir Godwin about this yesterday (Saturday). But Sir Godwin is a very pushy scammer. He has made two phone calls on Mr. John’s home telephone, but since Mr. John wasn’t at home, it was Mr. Lenny (Mr. John’s father) who took the phone. In total Sir Godwin has now made 42 call on the automated lines: 22 to Lenny, 10 to Lilly and 10 to the automated MoneyGram line. He clearly wants to break the record in phoning the STS’s chatbots One very good thing that has happened today is this: The valuable parcel that sister Maya on my behalf has sent Sir Godwin (in the name of his secretary) has arrived at the shipping company’s storage in Cotonou, Benin. Tomorrow sister Maya will bring Sir Godwin one good news and one bad news. The good news will be that the parcel has arrived in good shape in Cotonou. The bad news is that shipping company is not able to deliver to Nigeria because of some issues with the Nigerian authorities. Although Sir Godwin has been very much against me sending him this parcel (he has instead pushed me very hard to make different kind of transfers), it is my impression that he somehow believes the parcel is real. On the other hand, I also think, that it will be very difficult to convince him to travel to Benin. But I will try my best Since the Minister of Finance in Nigeria wrote me an email yesterday, setting a very firm deadline for when my payment at the latest shall be made, I was thinking that I had to reply to her. I (Mr. John) therefore just sent her this email (I purposely did not put Sir Godwin on cc – but I will tell him about the email later): 21:48:
Dear Mrs Zainab Ahmed, Thank you for your email. I am aware and very sad that my payment has not been completed yet. I have communicated very well with Mr. Godwin Emefiele, who has advised me in connection with this payment. I would like to stress that I have made an initial payment of $850 with MoneyGram, but that the secretary of Mr. Godwin Emefiele has had difficulties in collecting the money. Please be assured that the money I am using for the payment is taxed and legal money. I also want to assure you that I am working very hard on completing both the payments ($950 and £2,000) as soon as possible. I trust that the payment can be completed by late Tuesday afternoon. Dear Mrs Zainab, I hope for your understanding and that you kindly can postpone the deadline till late Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Godwin has been working very hard on this transaction, and both him and myself will be very disappointed if the transfer will be cancelled because the payment has arrived a few hours too late. Mr. Godwin has used much time on advising me and I don’t want to disappoint him. Mrs Zainab, is there any way that I can phone you to give you a more detailed explanation of the situation? Best regards, Mr. John

This morning Mr. John receives emails from both Mrs Zainab and Sir Godwin (who I fully believe are the same person). Sir Godwin had warned me that Mrs Zainab is a very tough lady. And she surely is! Just read her email below. 08:01:Attn Mr John
Dear Sir. With due respect. I acknowledge the receipt of your mail of yesterday Sunday to my office and copied to Mr Godwin Emefiele, The Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria. Content highly noted. In line with my email to you on Saturday regarding funds transfer cancellation today 29/3/2021 deadline given to you to settle all the official outstanding fees/charges.. of $950 and 2000 BPS. accordingly.
To accept your request and avoid the cancellation of the approved wired funds today. I will sincerely advise with due respect to make sure you first send $950 this morning before 12 noon today 29/3/2021 through the office of Mr Godwin Emefiele. You must pay in something today. It is compulsory and mandatory to keep your payment active and open for the wired funds confirmation.
Anything short of the payment of $950 should not be accepted, There is due process and payments guideline you have to follow.I have all the copies of your email to Mr Governor Emefiele and i have been following the payment accordingly.
We have giving you enough time to make the first payment of $950 although you paid $850 Money gram is still holding it. You find way to source for funds and make the payment today as instructed/directed by Mr Godwin and myself to avoid cancelling of the wired funds currently floating in your bank Escrow account since last week
If the federal Government of Nigeria should hear that Mr Godwin Emefiele transferred 10 Million BPS to your bank account without receiving the official fees/charges. It will be a big problems. Please we are begging you to help us out in this tight situation now. The money $950 should be send to IB....... CH....... OB........ ADDRESS, ABUJA NIGERIA.
By Western Union, RIA or Worldremits.
Standby waiting for your positive reply
Mr Zainab Ahmed.
Hon , Minister of Finance. Federal Repubilc of Nigeria
=== Some minutes later Sir Godwin writes to me. In his email he tries to push me to make the payment right away by calling Mrs. Zainan a devil to deal with 08:16:Dear Friend Mr John
How are you today. I was worried all through Yesterday expecting your telephone when you came back from Church , But all to no avail.
I received a copy of your email to the Hon Minister of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed requesting to give you till Tomorrow to settle all the official fees/charges. My Good Friend you know i vowed that i will not deceive you in this transaction knowing what you went through in the hands of Impostors in Ghana. In our last telephone discussion on Saturday night , I told you about the Hon Minister of Finance that the Woman is very strict and will not like any excuses because she is a Fulani Moslem. Very wicked and stubborn to deal with.
To save this situation now is to try your best and see how you can send the first settlement of $950 while we waitin for the arrival of the parcel. She called me late last night that I should tell you if you fail to make any payment today. It will lead to outright cancellation of the wired 10 million Bps. And I will not be happy if she cancels the funds allocation. The only way forward is if we pay the $950 today. Good everything will follow accordingly without any problems.
I think I told you last Saturday that you should try to raise money and send this Monday morning deadline date of 48 hrs that will avert any intention to cancel your wired funds.
It is very simple and understanding, She is a devil people always like to avoid her.
Please it is very important you should call me immediately you get this mail. I will be waiting for your call
Mr Godwin Emefiele Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria

This morning sister Maya got an email from the shipping company when they confirm that the parcel as arrived at the company's storage in Parakou, Benin. However, there is problem. The shipping company has some issues with the Nigerian Federal Authorities and is therefore not able to deliver the parcel to an address in Nigeria. 09:08:Good morning Mrs. Maya I am pleased to tell you that your parcel 3s.......... has arrived at TSC’s storehouse in Parakou, Benin Republic, and that it is ready to pick up by the receiver, Mr. Ib.............. Ch....... Ob....... from Nigeria. As you already know (I hope one of our account managers in the UK has informed you about this), the Nigerian Federal Authorities in Abuja have temporarily suspended our operating license for absolutely ridiculous reasons (our lawyers claim that the real reasons are bribery and corruption). We are doing everything we can to solve the problem legally, but it will probably take some months. We can offer delivery assistance in Cotonou (Benin Republic) or in Niamey (Niger), with direct settlement of all of your expenses (transport, accommodation, food etc.). The money will be paid upon arrival. Please let me know which of our 2 places is closer and more suitable for your receiver, Cotonou or Niamey? An appointment must thou be made between TSC Ltd and the Receiver as for the delivery time and place. We sincerely regret the created situation and we want to offer 5 star services, so our local branch will ensure the full refund of all costs that the receiver will have because of this, plus an additional bonus of 50% of the total estimated expenses. We are also open to any proposal that can satisfy you, because we want you to remain our client also in the future. Before the delivery process can start, I must have got a copy of the ID for the Receiver (Mr. Ib........ Ch......... Ob..........) or a BIM identification. Please can you ask the Receiver to send me his ID and let us know what would be the best delivery destination given the current situation. Please let me also hear if you would like us at TSC Ltd to inform the receiver about the delivery or you would like to do this yourself. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any questions. With the hope that I managed to make myself understood, I greet you and assure you of our full consideration. TSC Ltd Our Team, a 5 Star Team! Peter === Sister Maya is not happy and sends an email back to the shipping company. 09:24:Dear Peter Thank you for your email. I must admit that I am slightly disappointed in learning that TSC Ltd is not able to deliver the parcel at the receivers place in Nigeria. The employee of TSC Ltd that I spoke to did not inform me about the issues TSC Ltd has with the Nigerian Federal Authorities. I have not been in contact with the receiver yet but I expect that a delivery in another country will not be very convenient for him. I fully trust that you are doing your very best to find the best possible solution given the circumstances and I would like to ask you to consider one more time if there is not a way that you can make a direct delivery of the parcel to the address in Nigeria that the receiver will provide you with? Be blessed Maya === Peter is quick to reply with this email: 10:15:Dear Maya I can assure you that I understand perfectly this unpleasant and embarrassing situation and we will do everything to solve it. If you wish, we can use a "transfer of responsibility" (this is called the procedure by which the company hires a third company) and we can send the package from Parakou, Benin to Lagos, Nigeria with DHL or FedEx or another company operating in Nigeria. The procedure is relatively simple, but it can be approved only by Sender (as the owner of the package). So yes, we can do this if the Sender accepts this transfer of responsibility. Our company will pay the full cost of transport on the Parakou-Lagos route, because it is our fault that we could not deliver to an address in Nigeria. We assume this regrettable mistake and we will pay the transport bill to your address. The procedure will probably take 2-3 days but is relatively simple: - a joint commission is formed by: our local manager in Benin + a representative of the new courier company (DHL, FedEx or another) + a customs officer. - the package is opened and a complete inventory is made of all the goods inside. - the inventory list is sent to Sender, for approval and confirmation, - the Sender must accept and approve the inventory list component (to make sure that the products in the package are the ones that the Sender sent). - the package is resealed and handed over to the new courier representative. - he signs the document of receipt of the package and thus assumes the legal responsibility for the integrity of the package and the correct delivery. After the package is picked up by the new company representative, our company discharges any legal responsibility related to the delivery of the package. I hope that you are satisfied now with the collaboration with us. I am waiting for your instruction on how you would like the delivery to be made. TSC Ltd Our Team, a 5 Star Team! Peter === The next will now be to bring Sir Godwin the news about the parcel and to await his explosive reaction

Time to break the news to Sir Godwin about the issues with the parcel Sir Godwin has tried to reach Mr. John this morning... he has made his phone call no. 23 to Mr. Lenny (Mr. John's father) 11:24:Dear Sir Godwin This morning I got an email from TSC Ltd where they informed me that the parcel to Mr. Ib........ Ch........ Ob........ has arrived at TSC Ltd's storage house in Parakou, Benin Republic. Unfortunately TSC Ltd is not able to make deliveries to Nigeria at this present time because the Nigerian Federal Authorities have temporarily suspended the company’s operating license. I was not informed about these issues when I sent the parcel and I am not happy with the situation. TSC Ltd admits that it is an embarrassing situation and they are apologising. They offer to send the package free of charge from Parakou to Lagos with DHL or FedEx, but I do not like this option because it will require that the package is opened and a complete inventory is made of all the goods inside. If they find the money that I have hidden inside the package, we will not only lose the money, but I will also personally be charged for money laundering. Sir Godwin, do you see any chance that your secretary can go to for example Cotonou in Benin Republic to receive the parcel? The shipping company has promised that they will repay you all your expenses of this + 50%. I have attached the emails from the shipping company so you can read this yourself. I have not yet told brother John about the delivery issues. I do not want to stress him more than necessary. I have also promised to take care of the shipment on his behalf. I saw brother John at church yesterday and he seemed to be stressed. He told me that he the evening before had received a disturbing email from a Minister in a government in an African country, but he did not want to tell me anything more about the email. Please let me hear from you soon Sir Godwin. Be blessed Maya

Mr. John has just send Sir Godwin this email as a “push back” to Sir Godwin’s aggressive “pay-today” emails 11:51:Dear Mr. Godwin, I was late home yesterday and slept long this morning. My father woke me up some minutes ago and told me that you have tried to reach me. I have just read the email from Mrs Zainab and I must say the same as you: I don’t like this lady. On the other hand, I refuse to let her take away my hope and trust that this deal will be finalized the way that us two have planned and prayed for. When I received the first email from Mrs Zainab I became very frustrated and worried. When I woke up yesterday morning I was even thinking if I should go to church, but I went anyway. When the church service was over I asked a sister at the church, who has a very strong prophetic gift, to pray for me. She asked me what was burdening me, but I did not want to tell her anything. After she had prayed she gave me this message: “Brother John, what you have already done is enough. Now it is time for you to rest and wait for your blessings” I was very glad when I heard her say this because now I know that this evil Minister woman will not be able to interrupt and cancel our transaction. Mr. Godwin I need to do some errands this morning, but I will call you in the late afternoon. Best regards, Mr. John

Sure enough, Sir Godwin is not happy at all with the situation of things I have just listen to his latest phone call to my father, Mr. Lenny, and it seems that the usual “firmness” in his voice has completely disappeared. He sound to be sincerely and genuinely disappointed Sir Godwin has just send me (Mr. John) this email: 12:27:Dear Mr John I just received your mail and an email from Sister Maya regarding the shipment. It is a very sad news to hear that the shipping company will not be able to deliver the shipment to Lagos.
I told you earlier that I did not like that arrangement,As the situation is now . It is either the payment of $950 is made today or the wired funds are canceled. I have been expecting your telephone call and email as regards the plans to comply to the Instructions from Hon Minister of Finance
You better call Sister Maya to return the shipment back to uk. The TSC told her that it is Benin Republic, And they were not able to come to Nigeria which is rubbish.
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== A few minutes later Sir Godwin sends this email to sister Maya: 12:36:Dear Mrs Maya
Your mail was received full of disappointment. I am not blaming you, Rather Mr John for engaging such services that lacks credibility to accomply simple tasks.
Please for your own good. You should tell them to return the package back to the UK immediately without further delivery to Nigeria and no inspection by any Authority. It is very important you call the shipment back to the UK immediately.
This is all I have to tell you. Do you want to involve me in Money Laundering Activities. No , I am not part of that.
The best way is to call for the shipment back to UK
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== Sister Maya is fast to write back to Sir Godwin, but I am not so sure that her message will change the mood of Sir Godwin for the better 13:32:Dear Sir Godwin You can be sure that both you and I share the disappointment with the current situation concerning the package. I have also told TSC Ltd that I am not happy that they did not inform me about their issues with the Nigerian Authorities before I made the shipment. I have promised brother John to help him complete the delivery of the parcel to your secretary, and now I am in a situation where it can be difficult for me to fulfil my promise. When brother John asked me to help him make the shipment to your secretary, he was fully aware of the risk, that you might not like what he was doing, and that you maybe even would refuse to accept the parcel. Brother John told me that you earlier had discouraged him from sending the money to you in a parcel, hidden among different valuable items. I told brother John that it would be costly and difficult to have the package transported back to the UK in case the receiver refused to receive the parcel. Therefore, brother John and I made an agreement to donate the parcel to a pastor, a church or an orphanage in Africa if it is not possible to make a successful delivery to the intended receiver. Brother John knows that the need for supply in certain parts of the world is huge and brother John, as I know him, has never said no to give a hand to those in need. The option to have the package sent back to the UK is therefore not on the table. However, it is still my hope and prayer, that we all can work together to find a way for a successful delivery of the parcel to your secretary. I will for sure do my part. Be blessed Maya === A few minutes later sister Maya sends Sir Godwin one more email. 13:42:Dear Sir Godwin It is Maya again. I have just had a look on the map over Africa. I can see that the distance between Lagos in Nigeria and Cotonou in Benin is not very long. Since TSC Ltd is offering to refund your secretary all his expenses + 50%, would it not be possible for him to travel to Cotonou to pick up the parcel? As I see it now this would be the best solution for us all. Be blessed Maya

Yesterday evening Mr. John phones Sir Godwin. Needless to say that he is not happy at all. He again tries to push me making a bank or Western Union transfer of $950 to his secretary. I tell him again about the prophecy that the woman at the church had given me under a very strong anointing where she said:
“Brother John, what you have already done is enough. Now it is time for you to rest and wait for your blessings”
Sir Godwin became very annoyed, shouted at me and hang up the phone. Half an hour later he wrote this email to sister Maya:
Yesterday 17:56:
Dear Sister Maya
Thanks for your mail. Please I am not part of your s deals to send money by parcel. My hands are off. So you want to involve me and my secretary in Money Laundering.
Never you mention this trash again to me if it is not possible to send it back to the UK. That means it is a trap. You will get me.
Bye
Mr Godwin Emefiele
===
And some minutes later he sends this email to Mr. John:
Yesterday 18:00:
Dear Mr John
You should not make me regret paying attention to you any more. Since last year I have been warning you . But you closed your ear not to listen to me.
Now it is clear in your eyes you want to use my to creat stories. If you are not and willing to receive the money. With due respect. Kindly inform all concerned officials and we will close the payment and cancel the funds allocation.
Why are you telling me all manners, stories and excuses?
Mr Godwin Emefiele

I have never really believed that I would manage to make Sir Godwin to travel anywhere far, but I knew I would make him very angry by sending him this parcel. If Sir Godwin is not willing to travel to Benin to pick up the parcel, the valuable package will most likely be donated to the church of the famous barrister Ko...... Me....... in Ghana, who is Sir Godwin's worst enemy. Barrister Ko........ Me........ has already chopped Sir Godwin several times and given Sir Godwin much stress and sleepless nights. Anyway ... as a last attempt to make Sir Godwin to make up his mind, sister Maya has just sent him this email with Mr. John on cc: 10:09:Dear Sir Godwin I trust and pray that you and your family are doing fine. Sir Godwin, I believe your accusations against me are based on misunderstandings. The items and the money in the package are not illegal but earned by brother John in a fully legal way. I did not witness it myself, but brother John told me yesterday that a sister at the church, who has a very strong prophetic anointing, had told him that he has done everything he should do. We are just as disappointed as you that TSC Ltd is not able to deliver the package to the address of your secretary in Nigeria, but when I look on the map over the area, I believe it should be possible for your secretary to pick up the package in Benin. But of course neither you, me or brother John can force him to do so. If your secretary does not want to receive the package, I would very much appreciate that you tell me this clearly. The parcel has a high value (items worth about $3,500 + $4,500 in cash) and I don’t want it to be stored in TSC Ltd’s storage house longer than necessary. When brother John came and asked for my help to make the shipment to your secretary, he already knew that you would maybe not be so happy for it. Therefore, we already before I made the shipment had agreed to donate the content of the package for a good purpose if your secretary should not be interested in the parcel. If your secretary chose not to accept the package, I have myself a few candidates to receive the items and money and I know brother John has some names also. We would like to prayerfully decide on who shall receive the blessing from brother John before Easter. I look forward to hearing from you Sir Godwin. Be blessed Maya

Sir Godwin has apparently not given up on the parcel with the nice items and the good sum of money that is stranded in Benin. He sends sister Maya this email: Today 12:48:Maya
I will give you feedback in the evening, For now i am still making some consultations. Expect my full message later to about my decision to the parcel
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== One hour later it seems that Sir Godwin has already found an "easy" solution. Or at least so he thinks He sends this email to sister Maya and Mr. John: Today 13:59: Dear Sister Maya Ha........ / Mr John .........
After several consultations and enquiry regarding the parcel that was roped in Benin Republic waiting for further delivery to Recipient. IB........ CH......... OB..........,
The board of Central Bank of Nigeria advised that the shipment should move to an African Neighbour , Ghana where we have a good and reliable Agent to pick it up and forward it to Nigeria here without any problems.
Please you have to advise the shipping company TSC not to allow any security agents to open it up .Hope the TSC will be able to move it to GHANA for safe and secured delivery. As soon as the Agent picks it up in Ghana consider it reaching Nigeria here without any problems.
Why because my secretary can no go to Benin Republic because Covid 19 of Border lockdown between Nigeria and Benin . No movement for entry to Benin Republic. And we will not risk the parcel because of Customs Border checkpoints.
All parcels coming into Nigeria are opened by security officials and if the see money inside the parcel. You know what I mean it will be termed Money Laundering.
The best alternative means to receive the parcel is shipment to Ghana our Agent will receive it and forward it to Nigeria safely. Since you are sure that nobody has opened the parcel with TSC.
Hope i have made it very open and clear for both parties to work towards the successful delivery without any problems.
Here is the Name of the Receiver in Accra Ghana, He is our approved Agent to receive any shipment from African countries for further delivery to Nigeria.
There is no problems if it gets to Accra Ghana is it as good as reaching Nigeria
MR GI.............. AM.......... AD......... Address, SS.............. DA.............. ACCRA GHANA TELEPHONE. + 233 501..........
Hoping to hear the good news that it has reach Ghana safe and secured
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== Some minutes later Hon Minister of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, sends Mr. John this email. Last time she sent Mr. John an email, she signed with Mr. Zainan, but this time she has the gender correct .... Mrs. Of course the reason for the mistake is, that Mr. Godwin is the true actor behind all the different persons he has introduced in the scam Today 14:08: Attn, Mr John
Be informed that after our meeting this morning regarding your approved funds payments already transferred to your bank since last week.
The Federal Government of Nigeria has advised us to grant you 2 more days from now to settle all the outstanding official fees of $950,
And the parcel you sent, We have advised Sister Maya your agent to move it to our Agent in Ghana for pick up and he will safely deliver it to Nigeria without any problems. We have been using the Agent for long.
We wait for the $4.500 inside the parcel while you should try to make arrangements to send the $950 within 48 hrs from this notice. That is to say on or before Thursday the money should be paid
Mrs Zainab Ahmed,
Hon Minister of Finance

Do I understand that Sir Godwin trusts an agent in Accra? Perfect! Of course, TSC will require identity documents and biometric authentication... at the right time, a smart hacker will show up and pick up the package.

No I am afraid it is not so perfect, because he has given me a new name as receiver who lives in Accra Ghana I need good advice from you how to avoid any easy solution for Sir Godwin. He has to travel If I shall play the game with someone stealing the parcel in Ghana ... I have a perfect figur to use: Barrister Ko...... Me......., who has stolen huge amounts of money from Sir Godwin already But I would just so much like Sir Godwin or one of his guys to travel

... I need good advice from you how to avoid any easy solution for Sir Godwin. He has to travel If you want to force the situation, then it's very simple: - the TSC rules do not allow the relocation of parcels unless the Sender accepts, - The Sender gets sick with Covid and is unavailable for 2-3 weeks, - The regulation provides a deadline for takeover, after which the provisions related to "abandonment" enter into force.
Sir Godwin must take over the package, otherwise everything becomes the property of TSC and the contents of the package are shared between the members of the local delivery team in Benin.

Thank you very much for your advice Birlic ... I will use your tips in one way or an other. I am going to figure out the next step this evening. === Otherwise Sir Godwin has tried to reach me several times today on my father’s (Mr. Lenny) phone. When he phones it is normally to ask Lenny to tell me to phone him. He has phoned Lenny 25 times in total (so far). Every time I phone Sir Godwin, I tell him that my father has told me that Sir Godwin has asked to call. This is motivating him to phone on STS’ lines When I phoned Sir Godwin late this afternoon I had not thought out the response to his new proposal concerning the parcel. I therefore told him that I was inspecting one of my properties and that I had not had the time to check emails today. He asked me if I was in London (because I have earlier told him that I have properties in London). I told him that I was not, and that I also have some properties in the area where I live He asked me how much money I have in cash. I told him that I don’t have much in cash personally, but I have money in my property business. He then told me that I would have to pay 1% of the £10M that I will receive in special fee. He asked me if I have these £100.000 available. I told him that I don’t have it on my personal account, but I could take this amount out of my business if necessary. Sir Godwin told me that he had to be honest with me and prepare me in advance that this fee will have to be paid at one point. I told him that of course all required fees and taxes must be paid Oh this greedy, greedy bastard

Sir Godwin wakes up very early in the morning and the first thing he does when he wakes up is to check his email to see if he has any good news from sister Maya or Mr. John about his parcel.... And what a disappointment: No email He then send this angry email to sister Maya: 07:06:Dear Sister Maya Ha......
What is the problems. Why are you keeping silent over mail to you regarding the delivery of the shipment to our agent in Accra Ghana.
I was expecting your mail as confirmation of receipt of my email yesterday accordingly.
You're keeping silent and Mr John looks suspicious. It may signify that you never send any parcel.
Well we wait to hear from you before we conclude
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== 07:13:Some minutes later Sir Godwin also sends this email to Mr. John: Headline: CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. VERY IMPORTANT
Dear Mr John
How are you today. I was expecting your email as we discussed yesterday that when you go through my message you will be able to reply and call me for further information. You told me you are going to call Sister Maya. What made her not reply to my email as directed to move the shipment to our Agent in Accra Ghana for receipt onward to Nigeria safe and secured.
Secondly you never care to write to the Hon, Minister of Finance. We are wondering that you did not give Maya anything tpo ship .
It is very funny. If we did not hear from you or Maya we will conclude that there is no shipment and we will know the next steps
It is very important you call me this morning as soon as you receive this mail
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== Sister Maya forwards the email that Sir Godwin sent yesterday about a delivery of the package in Ghana to TSC Ltd and writes this: 07:57:Dear you all at TSC Please read the email below and tell me if it is possible to do according to the content of the email. I would be very thankful if you could get back to me as soon as possible. Be blessed Maya === Sister Maya is not glad for the accusations and rude content in the email she received from Sir Godwin this morning and send him this email back with a copy to Mr. John. You can be very sure that Mr. John will not be glad 09:07:Dear Sir Godwin I have forwarded your previous email to the customer service of TSC Ltd but have not replied to me yet. Otherwise I am very surprised and disappointed about your rude and commanding manners in the emails you are sending to me. I do not appreciate it at all. Be blessed Maya === Sir Godwin replies back to sister Maya (with a copy to Mr. John) a few minutes later: 09:14:Dear Sister Maya Ha......
Thanks for your mail. Content noted. You should not blame me for whatever reasons because I never liked the way and manner of handling this matter.
I expected to hear from you yesterday we made a generally decision that the shipments should be moved to Accra Ghana. Till this morning no message from you and Mr John.
Knowing fully well the delays in delivery will result either stealing the items therein
If i address or wrote to you in the manner you did ot like. Sorry it will not repeat again. You should try in your own little way to push the TSC to conclude the delivery to Ghana as soon as possible.
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== Mr. John will soon write a very angry email to Sir Godwin, because he has insulted sister Maya and doubted that she has even sent the package. Mr. John will not accept to change the receiver's name and delivery place.

Mr. John has just sent this "angry email" to Sir Godwin. Let's see how he will react 09:53:Dear Mr. Godwin, I got highly disappointed and angry when I read the email sister Maya forwarded to me this morning. You are addressing her in the email as if she was your slave or your dog, yet all she has done is to help me make the shipment to you. I am not happy with this and even if the shipping company should accept to change the receiver name and the delivery place for the parcel, I will NOT accept it. If your secretary is too lazy to travel a few kilometres inside the Benin border to pick up the parcel, I am surprised that you have chosen him for this position. I have also been thinking much about what you told me about the 1% fee that I have to pay also. It will for me mean a payment of £100.000, which is not a small amount. If I have to pay this amount in this special fee, then of course I will pay it, but I will not do so unless I get a very clear documentation that I am obliged to pay this fee and only after your secretary has picked up the parcel and I have got a prof for this. Best regards, Mr. John === And a few minutes later Mr. John sends this email to sister Maya to inform her about the decision that has been taken 10:00:Dear sister Maria, This is just to inform you that I have just sent Mr. Godwin an email where I have told him that I can not accept the receiver's name and delivery address on the parcel to be changed. Thank you for all the help you have given me sister Maya. God bless you. John === Now the ball is back on Sir Godwin's half

A very good meeting place is the Hotel 241Seme... located just across the border, in Benin, it is very easy to spot by anyone coming from Nigeria. It has WiFi and the receptionist there is used to seeing all kinds of idiots waiting for packages there. It would be good for the local TSC representative to propose such a solution... a fast delivery, in front of the hotel.
