What part of "IT WON'T SEND" don't they understand???

This is my first scambait so I tried to keep things very simple for my first time out. Just something subtle yet infuriating. These E-Mails were sent to me from the (Supposed) "INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA ( ICBC )". I have removed the addresses and telephone numbers that were sent.
The scammer started off:

I guess they thought that was a fair enough question, but they changed the money I was supposed to send to a lesser amount. No idea why:

I don't know what made them think I was trying to pray games with them non to waste their time, so I replied:

And yes, they do repeat the same intro and outro regardless of what they are telling me. I try to make myself more clear:

It's okay guys, I don't know any other way to save me either. And yes, you read that right, they have just told me to eff off and yet they still "Await my urgent response to this effect". Lets try one more time.
So this is the last message they sent me, which I haven't replied to yet. Look, they lowered the amount I'm supposed to pay again!
Honestly I don't know where the conversation went wrong. It can't get much more simple and straightforward than "It won't send". Anyway, that was my first bait, nothing fancy as you can see, it was just a practice one. I'll probably continue with this by asking what a transfer slip is, then start claiming that the slip "won't send". With a little more practice, hopefully I can come up with something more elaborate. Just thought I'd share my first one.
