I don't understand anything anymore. Why are you telling me that we don't need the certificate? They told me that I need it but you are telling me that we need some kind of signature document from the President of the United States and President of Nigeria if I'm correct. Please tell me more in detail why they don't want the certificate from me but a signature document from these both honorable men. I don't understand what is happening anymore because Betty is telling me that I need an certificate and you Mr. Obi is telling me that I need a signature document instead.

I received your email which I am happy with your email but i have to explain more better to you. Understand that your fund originated from Nigeria which the certificate should suppose to come from Nigeria or USA if you demand. But I chose to get it from my own country USA due to doubt you might have within you. Listen, it is very easy. Collect the MTCN NO and send it to me so that the customs officer will use it to pick up the fee ok. But if you see that it is very hard for you to do that then forget about it.

I've gone back to moneygram and I have collected the money back because you are not serious person to deal business with. I wanted to let you know that I called today also General Barrister Obi and he was very pleased that I called him. I told him everything that happened and he told me that the President of Nigeria has frozen transfers to customs agents in Nigeria and he told me that the President has directly taken over this transaction with his presidential powers in my favor. He told me that the Attorney General of West Africa will email me today with an invoice to pay the fee of $5800 which is required for the United Nations transfer fee to Nigerian Government. As I told you early, I believe that if you cannot read that receipt that I sent you and what it asks for then I truly believe you are not serious with me my dear and you are unmatured in this world. I worked about forty years ago as an accountant in London and we never had this issue where another person asked for some kind of number my dear. We always sent them a copy of receipts using telegram and fax so that they could figure out and cash the money in their companies with the help of their banks.
