I think it would also be fair to ask for some kind of access to the hotel's security cameras outside and in the lobby whenever SBF has sent customers to the hotel  I think the management of the hotel should also instruct the hotel employee always to talk very positively about the shipping company and tell the customers that it truly is a 5 star company.
