In one picture you are standing between the houses and I don't see any angels singing in this picture. There are 4 of you so I assume two of you can play the shepherds and 2 can play angels and dress accordingly.
In the other pictures, there are three men bringing gifts, but where is Mary and where is the baby? You were supposed to play the part of Mary and find something that would represent the baby Jesus.
Also the 3rd scene is still missing "Mary and Joseph in the stable after giving birth to the Holy baby Jesus, surrounded by the animals including (at least) a donkey, a sheep and an ox."

I don't know all the details (because I'm a civil servant of the church and I don't attend religious ceremonies unless I'm specially invited), but I can say you that it's a relatively simple procedure:
- firstly, you will have to say a prayer, while one of your assistants sprinkles you with water and honey, like a Baptism in which you confess your faith in Jesus and swear that you will do only good deeds. Nothing special.
- this event must be attended by all the members of your parish, both "assistants" (your friends) and the rest of those who want to become "parishioners". So, you have to talk to the people there and get as many people as possible, okay? To make it look like you are very appreciated by your men and that they are with you in this last step.
- everything happens in front of a small object that the elders of the church will ask you to build, as a faithful symbol in the Bible. If you built a small tree house as a child, then you know what it's all about. It is just a symbolic construction, on a small scale, of an important monument. I don't know what the elders will choose, sometimes it was the Old Temple, sometimes they chose the Pharaoh's Pyramid, sometimes they chose Mount Sinai Rock or the Pillar of God. However, it is something absolutely symbolic and easy to do with local resources (wood, paper, earth, etc.).

You must know that sister Dave is delighted with the progress made by your team and I managed to convince her to plead for you in front of the elders. If you manage to move quickly to this last stage, then we will be able to send the first money during Christmas.

The elders have studied the pictures you have made and spoken about your willingness to be a reverend for our church. They have approved to let you continue to the final stage of the initiation process. This last task that you will need to do consists of building a monument of Faith.

Sponsorship
At the same time I will start preparing the sponsorship for the new parish. You have been appointed with a budget of €10000,- You can go to the website www.amazon.com and choose electrical products you will need for your parish. Think of laptops and mobile phones for communication with your disciples, beamers, printers, scanners, etc. You need to send me a list with the following information:

- name of the product
- link to the product page
- price of the product
- amount you will need of each item
- total amount

You will also need to send me the full name and address of where you want to receive the parcel.

The monument of Faith
And the LORD said to Moses: "Go back to Egypt, for all the men who were seeking your life are dead!" (Exodus 4.19)
The monument resembles the spiritual basis on which you build your new parish.
You have to build a pyramid with the dimensions of the base 10 feet (3 meters) and with the same height. It will be possible to accept a lower height (only 2 meters, but the base must be 3x3 meters.
The materials used may be sandbags, cement bags or any bags filled with any other available materials (earth is also accepted). If this is not possible it is also allowed to make the basic structure of wood and cover it with planks.
This is a sacred monument of our Faith. A remembrance to the deliverance of God's people from the grip of Pharaoh in ancient Egypt.
On the front side of the pyramid you will leave a space open where you will present the scene from your reenactment assignment. In your case the nativity scene, so you need to present a stable, a manger with the baby Jesus, the virgin Mary, Joseph, an ox, donkey and a sheep. This does not need to be big, but it has to be clearly visible for anyone who passes by.
Above this scene you place a star of David that has to be lit either electrical or with a candle that can not be dimmed by rain, so it needs to be covered.
On the top of the pyramid you will place a sign with the logo of our church.
Next to the pyramid, a bench should be built for the believers to sit and pray. For the bench you can use bricks, cement, wood or any kind of available material.
I attached some sketches to help you understand the building process.

After this you need to plaster and paint the monument. For the plaster you can use cement or clay, as long as it is a material that can be painted. You can also choose to cover the sides with wooden planks.
You have to paint the sides in 4 different colors. White for the front side, yellow, green and blue for the other sides. On the yellow side you will paint the Holy Lamb, on the green side you will paint Jesus on the cross and on the blue side you will paint your own vision of heaven.

The Baptism
2) "And I have promised you that I will bring you up from the misery of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, Hethites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites--a land flowing with milk and honey." (Exodus 3.17)

- This is the Baptism Ceremony and represents The Sacred Way through which you are appointed as Local Reverend and your Parish is officially recognized as one of the <SNIPPED> sisters-parishes.
- As in the Exodus (chapter 3.17), when Moses promises to his tribe that he will offer them milk and honey, you will have to stay in front of the Monument of the Faith and say "Our Father" prayer.
- Your position must be kneeling as if in prayer and in your arms you must hold a lamb (a baby goat will be accepted), symbolising the power of your Faith! To show everybody that you really believe and respect the spirit of the Holy Lamb!
- One of the faithful who attends the ceremony must pour some honey on your head... then, he will pour milk on your head.
- You have to raise your hands up and, with eyes looking at Heaven, you must say "the sacred words of baptism" three times. They have to be uttered very clearly!

"I baptize myself in the spirit of the Holy Lamb!
I will offer milk and honey to those who will follow ME!
Glory to the Holy Lamb!"

- The Baptism Ceremony must be video-recorded and it is also useful to take some suggestive photos during the event. Usually a group of representatives from our church would be present at this ceremony but since that is not possible due to the pandemic we have to accept a recording of this ceremony so please make sure to make quality recordings.

We know and understand that this last stage can take some time, so we will not wait for it to prepare the Courtesy & Sponsorship package.
Do not forget to confirm all the details I asked you to give me (address, bank account, list for the sponsorship package)
We want to see the progress made by you and your team of believers. I need you to regularly "document" all the construction's phases of the Monument of the Faith.
- I want to see photos of the place that you will choose as the "base".
- I want to see photos of the materials you chose
- I want to see photos taken while building... the first bags.

If you have chosen any additional people who will be your official assistants, up to 12 maximum, we need from them the filled membership form and proof of faith picture, like you have sent us. They will receive a salary from us as well once the parish is operational.

The details of how to do the baptism ceremony will be worked out when you have finished your Monument and is approved by the elders

I'm sorry to hear about this situation and it is very unfortunate. However an aspiring reverend needs to show that he is capable of solving minor issues and even issues that might not look so minor at first glance. After all, we can do anything, through Christ who gives us strength. Hallelujah!
Let's just break this task down first in several smaller steps. You have to start by deciding on a place where you can build this monument. This doesn't have to be a permanent location where your church will be eventually, but it can be in your backyard or in the yard of one of your disciples or parish members.
Then you will make a decision on the materials you want to use. If you make it out of wood, you would first need 4 wooden beams and then some planks to cover the sides. If you decide you want to use sand or dirt it will cost nothing at all because you can fill up some plastic shopping bags with dirt and stones and stack them on top of each other.
The costs for the materials can remain low. We expect you to do as best as you can, but just like the reenactment scene, the spiritual side of this task is the most important.

I read the message and I find it easy to do everything. You were lucky! Ask sister Dave if they allow you to build that monument from some fucking wooden planks, because then everything can be ready only in a few hours. The easiest way is to make it out of bags filled with clay or sand. They are placed on top of each other and at the end you plaster the top with clay. It is not difficult and does not require big resources. Ask sister Dave to show you an example of a "clay made" pyramid and you will understand immediately. I know for sure that I saw this model of a monument a few years ago. Secretary Dave definitely has those files in her personal archive. I really have to leave now, so I won't be able to reply to your messages until Sunday afternoon.

All reverends before you have made a monument of some sort and this is, because of its shape, an easy one to make. You don't need to buy sand, you can just dig it up in the forest and bring it to the place where you will build this monument of faith, go to a beach to collect it if there's a beach close to you, there are plenty options to do this with a low budget and I am sure as a smart and resourceful man you will be able to find a way to do this together with your disciples. After all, if you have the faith of only a mustard seed you will be able to move a mountain and this is not even as big as a mountain and your faith is much stronger. With God all things are possible. Hallelujah! Amen!

I have attached for you a few pictures as examples of reverends who made the pyramid as a monument of faith before you. As you can see, one is made with bags of sand, one is plastered, one is made out of brick covered with planks. There are multiple solutions to this task and as long as you keep the right dimensions and the result will look like the descriptions I gave you it should be fine.

Make sure to drink enough water, because it cleanses the body and soul. Pray and talk about this with your disciples and you will see that nothing is too hard for you to accomplish. I have faith in you and I trust that soon we can declare your parish officially opened.

I have told you earlier today that the monument will have to stay the way you make it until you have a more permanent place for your sermons. You will receive an installment bonus and salaries for you and your disciples and also a development budget which you can use to build, buy or rent a place of worship. After you receive that you can start renting a place of worship temporarily while you use the remainder of the budget for buying or building a permanent place. Once you are renting a place you will decorate it according to the instructions that you will receive at that moment, we don't have to worry about that right now, and you don't have to keep the monument of faith in place anymore.
So the way I see it, I expect that when you have finished the monument and have completed the baptism ceremony we can install you officially as a reverend and in the first month of the new year these budgets for development for your parish will be released. I got approval from the elders to increase the budget for your electrical products so the list I proposed is approved and I will start placing the orders on Monday. On the day that your baptism is approved the first payment for your parish will be made, so that should be before Christmas.
Considering the short time until you can start renting a place of worship I want to suggest that you make the monument, like you proposed, with wooden beams and cardboard, but please make sure it is higher than 2 meters and the sides of the base are each 3 meters. To save the costs and make this task possible for you I propose that you will use a tarp or a large piece of plastic sheet that you will use to hang above the monument to shield it from the rain, like a tent, or you cover it with plastic on the days that you don't have spiritual gatherings or worship.
Of course you have to be careful not to start a fire, considering you will use a light or a burning candle for the star above the nativity scene, which will have to keep burning, so for that you can use a lantern with a candle inside it. When the monument is uncovered you will hang it on a hook above the nativity scene, where you paint the star of David around the lantern. Thank you for the pictures and video of the progress you made. I can't help but notice that the monument hasn't reached the right size yet. I have mentioned several times that the base of the monument, where it touches the ground, should be 3 metres wide on each side. The height should be between 2 and 3 metres, but no shorter than 2 metres. I believe it doesn't reach these measurements.
The side that should be blue is pink with mint, the green side is white and not completely closed, the front side, does have a candle, but it is still completely open. It can only be partially open on the part where you display the nativity scene on a platform inside the monument, The rest of it should be closed. Considering the fact that you use a candle without a lantern around it, there is a serious fire hazard which will cause a danger to you, your parishioners and the community.
Please re-read carefully this part of the instructions:

"On the front side of the pyramid you will leave a space open where you will present the scene from your reenactment assignment. In your case the nativity scene, so you need to present a stable, a manger with the baby Jesus, the virgin Mary, Joseph, an ox, donkey and a sheep. This does not need to be big, but it has to be clearly visible for anyone who passes by.
Above this scene you place a star of David that has to be lit either electrical or with a candle that can not be dimmed by rain, so it needs to be covered.

On the top of the pyramid you will place a sign with the logo of our church"

The front can only be partially open, the rest needs to be closed. There's no nativity scene yet, no star, and no church logo on top of the monument. It is a good start, but I expect you to correct this and show me the new results with the right measurements, and colours, according to the instructions given.

Don't be discouraged. I believe that you can do it. Maybe if you had shown me a bit more of your progress, today could've been even more productive.

One metre is one metre everywhere. A metre doesn't change because you are measuring it in another country but if you prefer you can use the American measurements. 3 metres is 9.8 feet or 118.1 inch.
I never said that the monument should have less than 3 sides. I have told you multiple times now that it needs 4 sides and how these sides should be painted. Please re-read my messages carefully.

This is just a matter of common sense. If you use materials that are not water resistant you can not wait to cover it because if it rains the monument will be destroyed and that is not acceptable. If you are sure that it will not rain you can leave it uncovered for a little while, but the elders will request frequent pictures to see the state of the monument several times after construction, so please keep this in mind while you make your decision.

I’m sorry sister Dave, I just finished talking to the carpenter who will construct the pyramid. He said once I make payment of 20,000 it will be constructed before noon on Tuesday will that be too long and also I was able to come up with 15000 so I will give him the money and have it constructed for us ma hopefully I can be able to balance up before he gets it done and I want you to be aware that the pyramid will only be constructed and not covered as at now bcos the funds available won’t be able to go that length... This sounds like an excellent solution as long as the carpenters will make it according to the correct measurements. I assume that on Wednesday you will work on the finishing of the monument, with painting the sides and presenting the nativity scene as discussed. Please give me updates while they are working on it and I will try to persuade the elders to send the support before your baptism ceremony.

Hello Sister Dave, that’s what I’m saying the monument can only be constructed.. About painting it can’t be done as of now bcos the four sides needs to be covered before it can be painted and there is no provision for either covering or painting it.. The only thing I can assure you of is constructing the monument at the sizes requested and that should be ready on Tuesday after that there is nothing I can do that sending you the skeleton monument. I keep saying it that I have to go borrow the total amount that will complete the monument done is 70,000 and 20,000 is all I could provide for the monument skeleton I hope you understand what I sent to you on here hopefully you can start sending at least some funds to help us complete things you would ask of us to do please that’s what we can do with the money we borrowed, we are not lazy and want things to be put in other. Please and please just accept the monument skeleton till you help us out to complete it and we will do whatever you want us to do

I understand perfectly and though I'm slightly disappointed, we have to agree that a scammer wasting money is always a good thing.
