Those are some excellent trophies, the staff was a nice addition.
Its a shame that with all that effort they could not be bothered to remove the garbage for the photos. It looks like they are praying to empty peanut bags. Maybe someone at the church could take offense later, if he needs some opposition in the church.
Also, there is some cheap-ass garbage on his amazon list. That "more sable" projector with "12000 lemens" looks like something that should cost no more than $100 on aliexpress. For $600 he could get a proper one from benq, epson, samsung etc.
At least the fake iPhone for his "assistants" has "48 million HD rear cameras". I would like to see that.
I wonder if he just quickly picked something from the categories sister Dave mentioned to ask for the remaining budget in cash.

Everything about this scammer is disturbing and there's just no reason for him to be scamming except that these West Africans have made this into a cultural thing and feel entitled to this sort of money and take pride and gloat about these "accomplishments". To me, he comes across as being relatively well educated, financially stable cos the interior of his house seems to be decent by Nigerian standards, possibly a bit of a nerd cos he has Jack Higgins' novels on the bookshelf and only a nerd will put 'em on a bookshelf after reading. I read those in my pre-teen years in the late 80s and didn't hold on to those for posterity's sake  Methinks, after all is said and done and he has been baited to exhaustion, perhaps an attempt should be made to "reform" him or at least have a chat about why he is doing all this; he'll probably just lie and tell sob stories but still... |

^^^ I'm not saying that anything is not possible, but he will not reform without some assistance from the baiter like money or a job. Even then, he will quickly pocket the money and make excuses as to why he needs more. The eventual outcome will be that he has not changed and now, he's been educated about baiters. A confrontation and an expectation of change without providing a meaningful path toward said change is meaningless. I do understand the reasoning for your hope though. I think we've all be there at some point in our baiting lives.
That said, this is only one man's opinion based on my experience with scammers.

I wonder how many safaris Jonas and crew will be sent on. I’m sure their heads are swimming at the prospect of receiving all these electronic products and a steady salary for starting a church plus stealing from the church at the same time.
After the baiters put Jonas through several ringers, he will become the laughingstock of the village when none of the money they were promised materializes and after all the hard work they put into the monument of faith, getting robes made and traveling to get their package of electronics.
I wonder how many months this will last.

Yeah I dont buy the whole "loan on my generator" story. For a guy with no money he is hiring a lot: the tailor, the apostles, the local stream (?) and now the carpenter. Each might not be much, but if I had no money, I would use some bedsheets as robes and haul the cinder blocks myself. You either hire people if you are unable to do something on your own or if your time is worth more than theirs. Given that anyone can haul some bricks, I guess its the latter in his case. Lets hope life, or at least Joojoo, gives him exactly what he deserves. "AM MASTURBATE" |

Exquisite baiting. Practice makes perfect. You really have hooked this guy good and proper. If he’s been scamming for many years he must have had some success. Maybe Gerry can tease out some details at some point.
Thinking he is pretty well resourced. He could build the pyramid in record time if he gets it done by Sunday.
Loved his climb down after Gerry slapped him hard. Think there will be many miles of safari in his future.

I baited a scammer years ago wherein I let him "shop" with a 10k budget. He proclaimed to have a young daughter (around 10 or so and he showed me pics of him and her together) who was the light of his life. He spent the entire 10k on himself, and when I asked him if he was going to get her anything, he said that she had everything she needed.

I don’t know what you told the scammer but this would have been good: at least one fourth of the money should be spent on the daughter. If not, you get nothing.
Dr Jonas and his entire entourage need to go on safari together so they can each carry some of the items.

This lad is going to need some transport for his disciples and all is new tech. I think we should have a whip round and get him a big Mercedes or BMW SUV sent from UK. It will take a while to get there and obviously will get held up in customs at some nearby country that isn’t quite Nigeria. Would love to see him stranded outside Accra docks waiting for his new wagon.
