I am convinced that (IF) the diplomat Wayne still agrees to travel to Plymouth, he will get there quite late in the afternoon. Of course, John's yacht is no longer in the harbor area and of course some technical problems will prevent him from returning in time. Dear "Diplomat" Wayne will be forced to sleep in Plymouth. John will pay all these expenses in cash, tomorrow.
John must also write now a message to Sir Godwin and prepare the "scenario of the day"... the engine repairs, those mandatory verification tests, etc.

13:38 - Mr. John has just spoken to Sir Godwin. He says that "Diplomat" Wayne is busy with an other appointment at the moment but that he will travel to Plymouth when he is finish. I (Mr. John) have told Sir Godwin that I will not accept that he arrives late in the evening when it is dark. I have told both Sir Godwin and "Diplomat" Wayne that I am expecting a serviceman to come and inspect my boat today, but he has not arrived yet. He will only arrive when I have got confirmed that the "Diplomat" is in the train on his way to Plymouth  When I tell Sir Godwin that the serviceman has arrived, I think I will tell him that it is a black man that I have never seen before. Maybe that can be useful later on in the story

16:25 - just a very short update. "Diplomat" Wayne just phoned me. He is at a meeting. He told me that the meeting will finish very soon and then he will phone me. I will not accept to meet him this evening in Plymouth since he will arrive very late. We will not be able to see him clearly in the webcam since it will be dark when he arrives. Instead I will ask him to meet me tomorrow.

Yesterday 20:41 - Mr. John got this email from Sir Godwin. If Sir Godwin has got it right, then "Diplomat" Wayne arrived in Plymouth yesterday evening and is ready to meet me today. When I (Mr. John) spoke to "Diplomat" Wayne yesterday at 18:00 he said that he would go to Plymouth the next day (which is today).My Dear Friend John
How are you doing this evening. My Good Friend it is a pity that the Agent Mr Juan sent to UK to meet you since yesterday till today could not meet up his appointment with you today.
Reasons i received this night is that i had a very important meeting to attained in London before proceeding to UK. Only that the time frame of the meeting in London closed late more than expected. Before he could board a train to Plymouth is getting late.
Right now he is going to sleep over in Plymouth this night. According to information i received from Mr Juan. He said that his Agent wanted to meet you first thing tomorrow morning. But you refused that you are going somewhere tomorrow morning.
Please, Pleas my Good Friend Mr John why should all our efforts we have loured to put together will go like that. Kindly make out little time and see this Agent first thing tomorrow morning before you go any where you have an appointment.
The Board has given an instruction that upon receipt of the official fees/charges from you. The official Diplomat Mr Juan has to conclude your cash delivery within 72 hrs.
That is to say if the Agent is able to receive the fess from you. By Friday Mr. Juan will be in Plymouth for the delivery and further deposits of funds to any bank account you may wish

09:06 - Mr. John is not happy with how things are progressing. He has just sent Sir Godwin the email below. I (Mr. John) is basically saying in the email, that the Diplomats and Sir Godwin are not acting professionally and the messages I get are not reliable. This can give the chance for Barrister Kof to find out what is going on and to engage some of his associates in UK on the case (and of course he will find out).
I had an appointment yesterday with a serviceman that should come and check my boat, especially the engine. I chose to cancel this appointment because “Diplomat” Wayne should come and meet me yesterday. The serviceman will of course come just before “Diplomat” Wayne shows up
I am going to say that this new boat service company had phoned me and offered me contract with them (although I already have a service contract with another company). The new company will give me a totally free service the first year, the only thing I shall pay for is necessary spare parts. And who is then the person behind the new boat service company? Of course it is Barrister Kof from Ghana ... and the serviceman is one of his associates that has just one mission with visiting me on the boat: To find the envelope with the £21,000
Dear Mr. Godwin, I am very confused and disappointed about what is going on. Just a lot of phone calls and no action. Just endless waiting for me. First I should meet the Agent on Saturday and I was told that he was on his way to UK. Later the same day I was told that he was still in Dublin, Ireland. Then the meeting should be on Monday and then on Tuesday, but the same thing happened. Only countless phone calls but no action. When I spoke to you yesterday evening, you told me that the Agent had arrived in Plymouth and that he was ready to meet you this morning. I told you that I was not ready for a very early meeting with him. You mentioned yourself that you know that I am not someone who wakes up at 7 o’clock and that of course the meeting should be not earlier than 9 o’clock. What happens then this morning? At 7 o’clock Diplomat Juan phoned me. I was still asleep and was very annoyed. I therefore just switched off my phone. With all this very disorganise behaviour I am very afraid that you are giving that idiot man from Ghana the necessary time to trace the Agent and to arrange something with some of his associates. At this point, your "Diplomat" Juan failed to convince his accomplice (Wayne) to travel to Plymouth... this is the truth behind all these delays. John must be very nervous and stressed and he must emphasize that he does not feel comfortable knowing that he has such a large amount of cash on him.

Yes, Mr. John is "acting" very nervous and frustrated at the moment. Of course I do this so that I later on (when the money has been chopped by Barrister Kof) can say to Sir Godwin: "This is exactly what I said. You took ages to collect the money from me and you managed to mess things up quite a lot. If you had collected the money from me right away, this would not have happened” Otherwise it is my impression that "Diplomat" Wayne is serious about traveling to Plymouth. I believe he is in London for a conference or something like that. Yesterday when he phoned me he spoke with a very low voice because he was at this conference. In the background I could hear someone was giving a lecture. “Diplomat” Wayne has told me that he has a plane ticket back to Dublin on Friday. That means that he has to meet me either today or tomorrow (Thursday). Sir Godwin has discouraged me from discussing the deal with “Diplomat” Wayne. Of course I am doing the quite opposite. It is my impression that “Diplomat” Juan from Brussels is a “hard core scammer”, but it is not my impression that “Diplomat” Wayne is running a scam business. He is someone that Juan knows and that he has asked to do this service for him. I am convinced that Wayne fully knows what this all is about. |

"Diplomat" Wayne has just phoned Mr. John to confirm that he is traveling to Plymouth later today (when the conference he is attending is over). What is not so nice about this is that realistically he will be quite late in Plymouth (maybe around 19:00), which again means that we will not get so good pictures of him in the live webcam.

13:30 - Both "Diplomat" Juan and "Diplomat" Wayne have just phoned me (Mr. John). "Diplomat" Wayne is now free from his duties for today and it going to pay a short visit to his friend. Then he will take the train to Plymouth where he expect to be around 6 pm. In my opinion he will not be there till 7 pm or maybe even later While I was writing this update "Diplomat" Juan was phoning me again. He said that "it is complicated to go to Plymouth. Is there any chance that we can meet in Bristol instead?".... And of course Mr. John said "no" I have the feeling that "Diplomat" Wayne will actually travel today .... and that his journey will not be so pleasant When (if?) the "Diplomat" has arrived at Plymouth Yacht Haven this evening, and he has waited for a good time, then I will send a short email to Sir Godwin from Barrister Kof's email address. In the email Barrister Kof will ask Sir Godwin if he knows who is the proud owner of the new UK company: KM Boat Service (and of course KM stands for Kof..... Men.....)

The latest information i got from Mr Juan P............ L............. is that the Agent he is sending to meet you today is driving all the way from London to Plymouth with his Private car not train. Definitely you know there is speed limits in driving in UK, As such we can not predicts the traffics controls on the road.
That is to say you have please exercise patience to wait for him plus or minus between 7 to 8pm. The Road distance is very far and very risky.
We will not want a situation whereby he will take all the risk to drive down to Plymouth at the end you did not meet him by that time. That will be efforts in futility.

I am wondering what the problems.... It's a known fact that when you're yacht offshore, the classic GSM networks don't work... that's why John's phone isn't always available. But the satellite radio communications allow emails to be sent, so John can communicate by email effectively. I think it's a good idea for John to send the mails only to Sir Godwin, and this scammer should call the "diplomats" Wayne and Juan and send them John's messages. They will be happy to talk to each other.  |

19:45 – just a short update of the Plymouth safari:It is unnecessary to say that Sir Godwin and Diplomat Juan are in VERY BAD mood. Diplomat Juan was shouting at me on the phone and accusing me for not being serious. He asked me if I was aware how much effort they have put into this... the Agent has travelled all the way from Belfast in Ireland to come and collect the money. When I told the Diplomat that I could not find the envelope with the money, he said: “This is the same as happened in Paris.... I had travelled all the way from Brussels to Paris for nothing, and now you are doing the same again” When I spoke to Diplomat Juan he had Agent Whyne on an other phone and for two minutes or so I could hear them two speak to each other. That was a fun conversation for me Sir Godwin ....yeah, I have tried to phone him several times but he is not picking up his phone. I know he is engaged with something this evening, but I am very sure that this is one of his worst days in the history of his scamming business I (Mr. John) is going to phone him later this evening ... or maybe send him an email. We will see The Agent is now on his way back to London. Already when he arrived he said that he was very tired after the long trip. I saw he took some selfies when he stood on the Bridge. I am sure he will remember this trip for a long time The Agent was not so much involved in the case that I could keep him long on the spot. He had already before he left London decided to go back to this evening and I do not think I could do so much to change that. Barrister Kof and his new business KM Boat Service have got a very good start. The revenue and profit on the first day in operation was £21,000. He and his fake serviceman are those who are most happy for what happened today
