I'm not afraid of sending it. I have sent it, but there was a small problem. The Clark over there said that due to recent Covid restrictions, we both had to fill out a form. Both the sender and receiver, in order for the MTCN number to be released. Of course, I have already filled it. Now, you need to print out the attachment, fill it out by hand, and scan it back in. I will then take both copies to the MoneyGram office, and they will give me the MTCN number. Now, they said you have to fill it all out by hand. I hope this isn't to much of an inconvenience for you, but this is the only way to get the MTCN.

Please, Print it out, handwrite in the answers, and scan it back in sir.
