How could you expect a Lawyer whose you have not paid his Service /Mobilization fee to abandoned his office in Turkey to UK only to meet you where you know the venue of the transfer is in Turkey, both the Paying Bank, Authority that will issue the legal documents in your name as the beneficiary.

It doesn't matter weather you cover his travel expenses, rather it is against their legal ethics. The lawyer will only come to UK when the fund have arrive in your UK Bank account when he will be coming to tender all the hard copies of documents to you which will defend the fund in UK.

So, your idea of asking him to come to UK is impossible, so you have his provided Bank account, you should send the fee as requested so he can move ahead with the deal

I had heart surgery myself, coming up to a year ago now and I know it takes time to get back to normal. What was the food like? During my stay, much to my surprise, the menu was excellent. It was as if I'd ordered my favorite restaurant dish every day!

I wasn't contacting you to see if we could resume our business, I've given up on that. We both tried to get our deal to work but kept running into difficulties. Maybe it's just not one of those things that nature decides won't happen. Besides that, you have probably found a more suitable candidate by now, with whom you can take the matter forward.

Yes, it's true that you alerted me to the hackers. They were a real nuisance, I think they caused my computer to keep crashing which deleted loads of email and other things.

If I were to meet your agent in Ghana, would that reduce his fee on account of having a shorter journey? When we discussed this last time, his fee was £4200.

Ghana is OK because there are no financial restrictions and no one questions about any amount of money paid into their banking system by foreigners due to multi national firms owned by these foreigners.And there are many modern Bank that will assist you to transfer the fund further to your UK Bank account without any financial interruptions.

From the inquiry i made,the handle charges required in Ghana $9,200.00 because every country have it's expenses/charges.

Please go ahead with your travelling plan to Ghana so i can fix with the agent.

Why has your agent raised his fee so dramatically? When we were trying to arrange things previously I was quoted a fee of £4200. Now the agent is quoting $9200. That equates to about £7720! Maybe it's a typo.

I thought that by travelling to Ghana I could save on costs, is your agent not based there? For a figure like that I'd be expecting him to travel to the UK and save me the inconvenience.

Also, UK residents travelling to Ghana require a visa. Any idea how long the application process takes?

Thanks for your email.The agent will meet you in Ghana as we proposed.You will land in Accra which is the capital and where the Financial company is situated .The Agent will welcome you at the Ghana International Airport and then proceed to a Hotel for best Fine Dining and also brief meeting.

Once this is done,the agent will proceed with you to the office of financial company where the fund is deposited temporarily to kick off with them on the signing of documents ,so as to enable us establish you as the beneficiary to the outstanding funds prior to the release/subsequent transfer of funds to your bankers.

I did not see any inconvenient in your trip to Ghana since the whole process will takes us only 2 days and you fly back to UK for the confirmation of the fund reflection in your Bank account.

The agent do not have any trip schedule to UK and besides he doesn't have a license/permit to handle this kind of transaction in United Kingdom.

Please you should use this week for your Visa application at Ghana embassy in UK
