Then i managed to get another person who will receive the Parcel in Nigeria,your so called manager was ordering me to send the person to Seme boarder or Kwara States.

I later asked him for Phone number for calls,he refused and No specific address.

Please if you can deliver it to the given address in Nigeria,then return the parcel to the sender

With all due respect, I think we need to clarify a few legal aspects:

1) You and I do not have any kind of agreement, because the owner of the parcel is (until delivery) the Sender. Only the Sender can decide things related to the parcel!
2) The fact that the police closed our office in Accra cannot be blamed on anyone. These are reprehensible acts that can happen anywhere. Our company has taken all the necessary measures to solve the problem and to ensure the necessary monetary compensation. Your agent will be remunerated with an amount that covers 150% of all delivery expenses.
3) I don't know what decision you made regarding the 2nd person (that new agent Matthew), because you haven't sent the legal identification data yet. So, sorry but we have no topic of discussion here.
