Dear Zazah, this is what I told you in my previous message.

For a proper identification of mr. Kingsley we will use the authentication through the BIP (Biometrical Identification Procedure). The BIP profile requires a set of pictures to be made in specific positions. This will allow a compute algorithm to generate a unique and personal Biometric Profile for him, which can then be used to identify him upon delivery. To be able to distinguish any discerning marks or tattoos, he will have to remove his shirt and pants.
Please note that we do NOT require (nor accept) nude pictures! Underwear must be worn at all times! It's mandatory!

The positions are:
# 1) With raised arms, horizontally besides the shoulder and feet close to each other,
# 2) With hands high above the shoulders and legs apart.

This specific position is called "The Vitruvian Man" (Please use Google for examples). "The Vitruvian Man" position is used in various studies related to ideal human proportions, in recognition of human movements in software programs and now for our Biometric Identifcation Procedure.

In total, the BIP-procedure requires 8 pictures:
- 2 photos from the front (positions: # 1 and # 2),
- 4 photos from the lateral position (2 pictures from the left side for each of two position ... and 2 pictures from the right side for each of two position),
- 2 photos from the back (position # 1 and # 2).

It is highly recommended that the pictures be taken outside, in a good light, so that all of his biometric details are visible. The photos must be of good quality and very clear. If mr. Kingsley have some particular signs on the body (scars, unhealed wounds, tattoos, moles or warts, etc.) it is good to pay special attention to them. A software algorithm analyzes all those photos and creates a personal biometric profile (his) that will be used for authentication (at the time of delivery). Your parcel is cataloged as HVC type (high value content), so it will be delivered only to him, in the presence of the local manager.

For compliance, I send you an example (see the attachment). It is about a package that arrived past days in Cameroon and where there were inconsistencies related to the delivery address. Everything is going well. I've just checked on the customer portal page given us by Mr Steed. I can see that our package is now well on its way to you. It's already about 450 km from Cairo. Excellent progress.

I've been thinking about what to do with my share of the $14m. Initially, I'd planned to buy property, but there may be a bit of a problem with that. This third party involved in the delivery does NOT have valid identity documents and he totally refuses to allow the legal biometric authentication! Why am I getting this message from Mr Claude? I thought our problems were now all behind us.

Seems to be something about authentication. Of course the receiver of the package has to verify who they are, I wouldn't expect otherwise. It's to your benefit as much as mine. Would you really want the courier to hand over the Birthday Presents to some random person who may but may not be your legitimate representive. No way.

Please get this step of the process completed as soon as possible because it's causing me yet more worry. I've already told you that my consultant said I should be avoiding stressful situations.

I hope to hear from you soon with news that you have managed to resolve matters.

What you are playing at? I thought you wanted to see our business completed but you seem unable to follow through even the simplest of tasks.

Claude says you wanted someone called O*** to collect the parcel and yet that person cannot provide appropriate documents to establish their id. If they don't have any such, biometric id is available, whatever that is, but he refuses. Of course he can't collect it.

There will certainly be many associates at your bank, with suitable documentation, who you could send. Otherwise, arrange to collect the package yourself. Why do I need to explain something so glaringly obvious to you?

I've accepted an invitation from my daughter to take a few days holiday. Given the stress this whole business is causing, a break would probably be good for me.

I shall leave it for you to show a tiny bit of initiative and sort out the mess you have created.
