- The diplomat must send a copy of his ID, obviously. - The diplomat must be dressed in an easily recognizable garment, in order to avoid any kind of "identification error". - Of course you want to avoid any phone conversations, for reasons of "transaction security and discretion". - All these details must be established before John leaves for Brussels. If Sir Godwin / the diplomat does not accept the conditions, then the deal is not done at all. - Sir Godwin certainly has a brother / cousin / friend in Brussels with whom he intends to share the money.
You have to be prepared with all the details that complete your story ... plane tickets, hotel reservation, etc.

Ooooh, a webcam safari. I hope that Kofi Mensah in Ghana is also hooked onto this as well with that package in Benin so a double chop could happen. I bet that the barrister, with his high position would have connections in Belgium.

Emails from Sir Godwin after our long phone conversation yesterday. He is really using a lot of his time writing long emails to the different characters in the story that I am operating As you can read in his first email, he is now willing to release the stranded package to his true enemy Barrister Kof from Ghana. This he is because he now sees an even better and realistic way to steal a lot of money from me, and also because I (Mr. John) want very much that Barrister Kof shall get the package simply because I have promised that he shall get it. Yesterday 20:02:Dear Mr John
How are you doing. Thanks for your telephone call today which was a long conversation for way forward.
Regarding the parcel on transit. My self and the Board of the Central Bank are ready to let go to whoever you may wish to give on conditions attached to it.
Officially the legal department of Central bank of Nigeria have been notified, Waiting for my approval to step in.
But after my discussion with you this evening. I was moved.Because i look at it that you want to use me and dump me like a fool who does not know his work.
I stand to Guarantee you in so many things both in payment of official fees/charges.
With due respect my Friend and put in agreement that you will not fail or disappointment me by following the fake Barrister KOF who has not to offer to this sensitive matter. I will agree to let the parcel go to him on ground that you will have nothing to do with him until we conclude the this transaction positively.
Officially tell me and the Board of Central bank that immediately Barrister Kof received the parcel you have nothing to do with him.
I will advise you as a close friend if you are not ready to follow the Bonded agreement. You better open up and tell me and the Board.
I am waiting for bonded agreement as a gentleman. Tell TSC to hold on till both of us conclude
Furthermore i will give you the details of cash delivery payment in Belgium

Yesterday the shipping company (TSC) sent an email to sister Maya (the sender of the parcel from Mr. John) and the originally intended receiver Sir Godwin an email to ask them, if they can accept Barrister Kof from Ghana as the new receiver.
Barrister Kof has not hear anything yet and his is inpatient. Just to tease Sir Godwin barrister Kof just sent this short email to all involved parties
09:00:
Why is it taking so long to change the name of the receiver??? My secretary is ready anytime to drive to Parakou to pick up the parcel!!
If Sir Godwin is giving you difficulties in this case, please don't listen to him. He is just a small boy and does not know how to behave in real life and in business.

This is in short the status in the story with Sir Godwin:
- Godwin has given up on the package in Benin and has unwillingly accepted that his enemy, barrister Kof from Ghana gets it - Godwin has come up with a new plan on how Mr. John can pay the fee, that now has come up to £10,500 (yesterday afternoon it was £8,500, so it has already increased with £2,000). He wants Mr. John to travel to Brussel to meet a diplomat and to hand him the money. - Mr. John likes the new proposal and also expressed it in his phone conversation with Sir Godwin late yesterday afternoon. - Otherwise Mr. John has not been doing well the last week or so. He has been stressed and his blood pressure is far too high. He is at the moment staying with his daughter who keeps an eye on him. She only allows Mr. John to check his email one time per day The current plan (that of course can be changed):- I am going to cash money out from the bank already today (not the whole money though, to avoid the people at the bank to be suspicions). In total I want to cash out $20,000 just to be on the safe side - I am going to plan all the details for the trip to Brussel (hotel, flight, etc.) - I am going to tell Sir Godwin about different conditions that I have for the deal (no direct communication with the diplomat, receiving his ID etc.) - last minutes I am going to tell Sir Godwin that my daughter does not want me to travel to Brussel because of my health, but that I am willing to pay £5,000 extra if the delivery can take place in London – with Abbey Road apartment, where there is a good camera Hopefully I can make the "diplomat" to travel from Brussel to London

Sir Godwin is very arrogant and seems to be trying to set the "rules of the game". That's not good at all, especially since the money is in your pocket. - ask him where that Diplomat is now. Is he in Brussels? If YES, then you want to see a copy of his ID and a picture of the diplomat in the central square (to get him used to the idea that the meeting will take place there). It is not negotiable. - any hesitation or refusal (from Godwin) must be "fined" on the spot... either it's a serious business, or Sir Godwin is making fun of John! WTF! You have to argue with him and let him believe that you are very nervous and stressed and that you don't want there to be any mistake. - if the Diplomat exists and sends the confirmation, then you will start preparing the visit to Brussels... you will keep in touch with the Diplomat only through Sir Godwin (as a measure of confidentiality). - you have to prepare some real details (to study the flights and the hotels), in such a way that your story be credible. - you don't have to accept (later) any change in the plan and you have to say this thing to Godwin very clearly.
Later edit: I saw now that you have completed your post with other details... yes, you can try a Safari in London. But you will have the same problems "I want to talk on phone".

Birlic, thank you so much for your advice and suggestions. Always valuable. Yes the phone issue will always be there with Sir Godwin. I (Mr. John) have been talking over the phone with Sir Godwin several and he fully believes in me. I am going to insist, that our communication shall be just as it has till now. We write to each other and when it comes to talking over the phone, it is me phoning Sir Godwin using Skype (not him phoning me) and then he will keep the contact to the "diplomat". The "diplomat" and I shall not communicate with each other till that day "when we meet".

In order to keep Sir Godwin warm on the case Mr. John sent him this short email this morning: 09:31:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, Please don't take my silence since our conversation yesterday as a sign that I am not interested in the proposal you mentioned yesterday. On the contrary, I am very glad for this proposal. I am not blaming you, but I wish that we both had seen this option much earlier. It would have avoided much stress and unnecessary stress loss of time and money. My daughter is around right now, but I will write to you as soon as I can. Best regards Mr. John === Sir Godwin has sent Mr. John this email. Attached to the email are 3 photos of the funds, that Mr. John soon is going to get At the end of the email Sir Godwin is complaining about the insults from Barrister Kof earlier this morning 10:25:Dear Friend Mr John
How was you night rest. Hope you had a sound sleep. Good to hear from you this morning. I was expecting your telephone call . But since your daughter is still around. Whenever you have the chance you can call me for a more briefing way forward to bring this transaction to a positive conclusion in Belgium by next week.
There is no problem. I will obtain all the legal clearance Certificates and documents backing the cash delivery in your name on Monday from, The United Nations, IMF, World Bank Auditors, Financial Action Task Force and others.
As soon as the documents are ready. I will forward copies to you for references.
Here are the specimens of your approved cash delivery payment and how it will look like in Belgium. Have it in mind
Waiting for your mail and follow up telephone call.
To remind you again. Barristeer Kof is still trying to insult me and insulting me in his email to me.
I just to let you know. He should stop that insult. I am not his mate in everything. He is just a Fraudster looking for who to defraud. He is not an accredited Lawyer.

Mr. John to Sir Godwin:
12:12:
My dear friend Mr. Godwin,
Thank you very much for your last email. It just assures me even more how serious you are about having this transaction completed and how quick you are to adapt to a new situation. It is evident that you are a man with years of experience in doing business on a high and international level.
My daughter is more or less forcing me to walk a trip every day. She says it helps with my high blood pressure. When I had my trip this morning I used the occasion to cash out £2,000 from the bank. I did not want to take out more, because then I know they will start to ask questions. With the money I already had with me I have now £5,000 available in cash.
Over the next few days I will take more money out till I have about £20.000. I know you told me that the total cost is £10,500 but I always like to have some extra cash at hand. Some of the money I need to take from my property business. I hope you will allow me a few days to complete the amount.
Sir Godwin, does the diplomat live in Brussel and is he already there? Please can you give me all the necessary information about him and a photo. I must also have his ID so I can clearly recognise him when we meet, because I do not want to make any mistakes again.
I have also been thinking about something else, Mr. Godwin. When I accept to travel to Brussel to complete the transaction the way you have suggested, it is only because I fully trust you. We have known each other for more than a year and I can honestly say that you have always done what you have said you were going to do.
On the other hand, the diplomat I do not know at all. I am not saying that he is not an honest man, but I just cannot allow myself to take any chances. Therefore, I would very much like that I only communicate with you (not the diplomat) and that you are the one that brings messages between me and the diplomat. In my eyes this will make the transaction more discrete and safe. It is also much more difficult for possible imposters to disturb what we are doing.
Mr. Godwin, one more thing. Don’t you think you and sister Maya should just confirm towards the shipping company that Barrister Kof can become the new receiver of the package? I believe that he will continue to disturb us with emails etc. till he has got his will. What do you think?
Best regards,
Mr. John

Hehe, Sir Godwin is trying to put you in touch with the Diplomat. Nice try! I would refuse, if I were you.
Your character (John) is stressed and nervous and wants to talk only to Godwin.
The meeting will be organized and arranged by you, BUT Godwin must be responsible for ALL the actions taken by the Diplomat.
Later, you will be able to blame Sir Godwin for the failure of the meeting.
"All his Diplomatic fees/charges fully paid to him. His job is to help and deliver the cash to you in Belgium."
All you have to do is ask Sir Godwin: 1. A copy of ID + photo of the diplomat in the meeting place (where the webcam is). If he's not there, then John isn't going to Brussels. 2. Sir Godwin must deal with the Diplomat but you will decide the day you will meet him... all the others details must be decided by Godwin. So you can accuse him after that.

This reminds me a lot of a scammer we mass-baited. Birlic, DonClawleone, me and a few other baiters. It was dr. Evans Egobia from Nigeria and he refused to go anywhere at all, no matter how much we promised him, but he did have an accomplice in Brussels. One of the group managed to get him to travel to Tilburg in NL, then together we made him go to Switzerland and we tried to get him to Paris but he didn't want to go anymore. Could this be the same scammer?
I'll send you an email about a Dutch phonenumber.

Mr. John wrote this short email to Sir Godwin late this morning: 11:47:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, Thank you for your email. I hope you are doing well. I myself try my best to relax from things that are giving me stress and to get a more healthy lifestyle. Mr. Godwin, does diplomat Mr. Ju..... Pe....... Lu....... know everything about what we have been working on? Can I be open and say everything to him or is this case too sensitive for that? What would you advise? When will I receive Mr. Ju.......'s ID? Did you have the discussion with some of the board members yesterday evening concerning my package in Benin? Did you come to any conclusion? Best regards, Mr. John === Godwin replied about half an hour later with this: 12:33: Dear Friend Mr John
How are you doing today. How about your health now. I know you are getting much better than before. My prayer is that God we serve will perfect your health to live long and enjoy the fruits of your labor. I sent a copy of the email this stupid boy called Kof sent to me yesterday regarding the parcel.
Did you go to church today??? I am just coming back from church now and i saw your mail and decided to give it attention.
Well i will not comment anything about Kof,All i know he has nothing to offer rather looking for a cheap way to Defraud.
Back to our discussion about the Diplomat, Mr Ju...... Pe....... Lu........, Does not know much about the package of the cash delivery he is going to deliver to him.
It was declared officially as your personal belongings for safety and security purposes. You will not tell him anything about the cash
When you call him you discuss with him that you have a delivery with him in Belgium and you are coming to meet him by next week.I will tell him to send you his copy of Identification.
Normally when you open up telephone communication with him. He will control your arrival by telephone and tell you where he will come and pick you up for the delivery of your cash payment to you that is 100% safe and secured without any problems.
When you sign off your cash delivery payment from him, You crosscheck your cash certified okay. Then you can tell him to help you go to the bank with him to deposit some of the cash in any bank in Belgium after you must have taken the one you want to spend.
It is very important you should call him and discuss with him as directed by my office Mr Godwin Emefiele .Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria Inline with the cash delivery payment procedures. You need to travel to receive your funds payment on or before next weekend. This kind of payment does not need any delays to avoid diversion.
Furthermore, Yes I discussed with the Board they said the will release the parcel to whomever you may wish to receive it. This will immediately open communication with the Diplomat Mr Ju.... Pe....... Lu........ for your cash payment. They will allow the parcel to go.
Why because you know the money inside the parcel belongs to the Federal Government of Nigeria. As such it will not be released casually like that without concrete arrangements. Feel free to make sure the release the parcel. Take it from him. I will do my best
By Tomorrow all the legal Financial Authorities clearance documents will be issued to us and i will forward the copies to you tomorrow .This will empower you to travel to pick your funds in Belgium
Mr Godwin Emefiele
=== This afternoon sister Maya (who formally is the sender of the stranted package in Benin) has accepted to change the receiver's name from the secretary of Sir Godwin to Barrister Kof from Ghana. Now we are just waiting for the accept from Mr. Godwin. 15:57:Dear all As sender of the parcel (on behalf of Mr. Hohn .....) I accept that Barrister Kof....... becomes the new legal receiver of the package that now is registered in the name of Mr. Ch......... Ob........ Ib........ Be blessed Maya === Mr. John has for the first time spoken to the diplomat. He seem to be very ready for the task and asked me when I can come to Brussel. He was a bit dissapointed when Mr. John said that he expected to travel to Brussel next Saturday... The diplomat even mentioned that this would make it more expensive

Email from Sir Godwin to Mr. John: 16:38:Dear Mr JohnThanks for our long telephone conversation this afternoon, And follow up brief mail as well. Good to hear that you spoke with Mr Ju...... Pe........ Lu.......... the Diplomat.I told you he is a very free person to deal with. Be rest assured that all your requests will be met accordingly. In Business what matters most is trust, And we build our trust in this transaction. You have to follow all the cash delivery payment procedures from the Diplomat. He is always busy, I told you earlier. Since you have his telephone line. It is easy for you to be in constant communication with him till you receive your cash. I will advise him to give you preferential treatment as a close friend to the Governor of the Central Bank. Now you have opened up communication with Mr Ju........ Pe...... Lu.......... I have to inform the board by tomorrow for the parcel trapped in Benni so that it can be given to the person you want to have it Mr Godwin Emefiele ===
The diplomat phoned Mr. John again a few min. ago. He says that the total cost of completing the transaction in Brussel on Saturday will be £14,000, but if I accept to make the transaction in London tomorrow, the price will remain the same, £10,500. He said that they are giving me (Mr. John) this option because of Mr. John's health issues at the moment. The diplomat's credit run out before we had made any agreement

Email from Sir Godwin to Mr. John: Yesterday 18:04:Dear Friend Mr. John
I just received a call from the Diplomat now regarding your telephone conversations. He made me understand that he gave you 2 options.
1) FRANCE
2) BELGIUM
Right now you know the country that will be convenient for you and closer to you to make the choice to meet the Diplomat.
There are no problems, 100% risk free, The Diplomat is a Federal Government of Nigeria/Board of Central Bank of Nigeria delegate officially approved for any cash delivery payment.
He was complaining that you can not get him on his telephone lines given to you for contact. The fact is that he deals directly by telephone/WhatsApp.
And since you have no Whatsapp the best way now is to communicate by telephone or SMS text Message
At the level of this transaction now. It is good and very important we follow the diplomat and receive the cash without delays.
At times he travels out on official duty and stays for months.
That is why we must find a way to conclude the delivery this week that starts tomorrow.
This is cash delivery transaction that must be strictly follow accordingly to avoid diversion of funds
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== Email from Mr. John to Sir Godwin: Yesterday 19:43:Dear Mr. Godwin, I have been asking you in my two previous emails to receive an ID and a recent photo of the diplomat. Please send me these right away. Best regards, Mr. John === Email from Sir Godwin to Mr. John: 08:26:Dear Friend Mr John
How are you doing this morning. Hope you are getting much better.
Thanks for your email. The request for the Diplomat ID card will be forwarded to you, I have to confirm from Mr Ju......... Pe......... Lu.......... to forward his ID and recent Photo to me so that i can send it across to you.
You understand that I am not in the position of his personal official property . He gives it out on demands as you have demanded for it.
It will be send to you accordingly. The cash delivery documents will be ready before 12, noon today and i am going to send you a;; the legal cash delivery documents
Thanks
Mr Godwin Emefiele=== My plan is in short: - to make Sir Godwin to accept to release the package in Benin to Barrister Kof from Ghana (this is a hard condition from my side). - to insist on making the cash-payment in London (not Brussel or Paris) due to my bad health at the moment (high blood preasure, stress etc.) - to offer to increase the cash payment to £15.000 if they accept London. - to ask for the ID of the person that will come an pick up the money from me ... and also ask for a photo that is taking on the same day and where the person is wearing the same clothes that he will use when he meets me. - I want to get the contact info of this person in London and I want to talk to him (just to make sure that he knows what is going on). - to introduce a new mugu into the game that shall start to communicate with Sir Godwin on the basis of the scam format letter, that Sir Godwin is mass emailing to the world with. The purpose of doing this is for Barrister Kof in Ghana to be able to prove for Sir Godwin, that he has been monitoring Sir Godwin’s email account and knows when and where I shall pay the £15.000. - last minutes I will tell Mr. Godwin that my doctor and also my daughter has prohibited me to travel to London due to my bad health and the money has to be picked up in Plymouth where I live. Maybe I will increase the money that I offer to pay till £16,000 in this connection. The purpose of this is of course to have a safari. - when the person that shall take my money has arrived in Plymouth he shall take a photo of himself in front of something, that clearly proves that he is at the train station in Plymouth. This picture he shall send to both me and Sir. Godwin. Then 20 minutes later I will be at the train station with the money. - of course I will never come to the train station and when Sir Godwin or the person that has come to get my money is contacting me, I tell them that I have already given an other person the money. - shortly after Barrister Kof will send Sir Godwin an email an thank him for the good business If Sir Godwin is doubting that Barrister Kof is monitoring his email account, Barrister Kof will send the emails between Sir Godwin and the new scammer as a proof

I don't like the Diplomat's attitude at all. He is an official in the service of the citizen, so he must comply with John's demands and not impose conditions. John should take a firm stand and specify very clearly the conditions under which he will come to Brussels: - to receive a copy of the Diplomat's passport (I am convinced that an "official" person must have a diplomatic passport), - to receive a picture attesting that the Diplomat is in Brussels. The meeting can be arranged at any time, provided that the Diplomat complies with the above requests.

I hope you get a good image of him so the mystery will be solved.

A new Mugu, Mr. Lars from Denmark (that I am in charge of), has written to Sir Godwin for the very first time. He is pretending that he found an old email from Sir Godwin in his junk mail box. He wants to know if the offer is still valid 10:08:When I was cleaning the junk mail folder of my other email address I found an old email concerning abandonment of an approved payment fund valued USD$10.5M. What is this and is it still valid? Mr. Lars Denmark === Mr. Lars has good reasons to be a happy man, because half an hour later he received an email from Sir Godwin where he is saying that the fund is still available for Mr. Lars I am not going to post the exchange of emails that Mr. Lars and Sir Godwin are exchanging since the only purpose of these emails (at least for now) is for Barrister Kof to be able to prove for Sir Godwin, that he has access to Sir Godwin's email address

Sir. Godwin has just sent Mr. John a very positive email with 7 different confirmation letters attached: One is from United Nations Organization, one from the Federal Government of Nigeria (Federal Diplomatic Unit), one from The World Bank, two from Federal Government of Nigeria (Federal Ministry of Justice), one from Federal Government of Nigeria (Nigeria Customs Service NCS) and one from International Monetary Fund. All documents are beautifully made in different colours. All are properly signed. How can this go wrong?? 11:08:Dear Good Friend John
The good news this morning is that all the legal back up clearance documents for the cash payment is issued on your behalf by all concerned Financial Authorities.
I am very happy. All worked according to instructions/directives given to them this early morning to make sure the documents are ready before 12, noon. Not up to the time.
Please go through all the documents and confirm to me. And I will be having a close door meeting with the Board of the Central Bank and the Acting Director, Hon, Minister of Finance by 12. noon today to decide the final conclusion of the trapped parcel. And i hope they will allow the parcel to be given to the person you desire to receive it since we are not able to pick it up
Please try to call me to find out the outcome of the meeting today
Thanks for your Understanding

I hope Sir Godwin will accept the new plan for how to make the payment 12:13:My dear friend Mr. Godwin, Thank you very much for your last email and for the hard work you are doing on my behalf. I feel that we have never before been so close to be able to finalize the transaction that we both have worked so hard on for a long time. I keep on thinking why I did not think about this option to pay in cash to a diplomat or to a trusted person that you have chosen for the task. I feel we both have stressed ourselves unnecessarily. I am thinking much about how we can now conclude the transaction without making any mistakes and taking on us too much risk. Last night I woke up and started to write down things that we need to think about and now we can do everything safely. When I spoke to the diplomat yesterday, he was mentioning the possibility that I can make the payment in London instead of Brussel or Paris. Due to my ill health, this would be a very big advantage for me. In this situation, I believe that both parties have to be willing to adjust the plan according to the circumstances. If you can accept moving the payment place to London, I will accept an increase in the payment from £10.450 (this was the amount the diplomat told me) to £15.000 to cover your extra expenses (transport etc). If it, because of the changed payment plan, is not possible for you to deliver me the funds on the same day as I make the payment, I will accept to receive the funds on a later date; but not longer than a week after. This I do only based on the trust I have in your person as a friend and brother. If I look back on the last year we have known each other, I cannot recall even one time where you have not kept your word. I can inform you that by the end of today I am expecting to have about £16-17,000 available in cash. I hope very much that you can agree with the plan I have been thinking about for finalizing the transaction. It can be summarised in these bullet points: 1) The receiver of the stranded package in Benin (Mr. Ch**** Ob**** Ib****) must confirm towards TSC that he accepts Barrister Kof as the new receiver of the package (this I would like to be done to keep him silent for a time). 2) I will pay the £15,000 in cash at a place in London that we have to agree about, to a person appointed by Mr. Godwin Emefiele to receive the money. 3) When Mr. Godwin Emefiele has appointed a person to represent him who shall receive the money from me in London, he shall provide me with his full name, telephone number and ID. In addition, this person shall send a photo of himself to both Mr. Godwin Emefiele and myself that is taken on the payment day. The person shall wear the same clothes as he will be wearing when we meet later that day. 4) I shall be permitted to communicate with the appointed person via phone. 5) When the person has arrived at the agreed meeting place, he shall take one more picture of himself and send it to Mr. Godwin Emefiele and myself. The background of the photo shall prove that he has actually met up at the agreed meeting place. It is very important that the person is wearing the same clothes as in the first picture he sent so I can recognise him. 6) About 10-15 minutes after I have received the email with the photo I will meet the person and hand him an envelope with the money. The person shall give me a signed receipt concerning my payment. 7) At the latest one week (7 weekdays) after I have made the payment, the £10M shall be paid to me according to an agreement made between Mr. Godwin Emefiele and me. My dear friend Mr. Godwin, please get back to me as soon as possible concerning the content of this email. Best regards, Mr. John

Don't forget the important detail about the color of the jacket that the diplomat will wear! It should be (mandatory) yellow or red, so that we can immediately identify it on the webcam. You can possibly say that John will be dressed similarly, with the same color... as a kind of distinctive sign of recognition, to make sure (you and the diplomat) that you meet the right person.

I love this plan, especially bringing the diplomat far away from his/her comfort zone in London, and especially how Mr. John had summoned the omnipotent Kofi Mensah into the deal. If all goes well, Sir Godwin and his delivery boy in London will be pulling their hair out, knowing that £16k just slipped out of their hands.
I also love the fact that they basically played a double-or-nothing risk by not getting the package in Benin and went for a bigger share, at the risk of a third-party just happening to know when the deal was going to happen.

Not a word from Sir Godwin since Mr. John sent his long email this morning. The new mugu Mr. Lars (that I also am in charge of) has neiter got a reply to his second email to Sir Godwin that was sent this morning. Godwin always replies very fast. Hopefully the reason for his silence is that he is busy in finding the right person in London to collect the money from me

Certainly Godwin's problem is with your claim to the Diplomate's identity. They wanted everything to work out quickly, with only a few calls... to take the money and disappear. The fact that you asked for ID and photo already raises big problems for them. That scammer (the "Diplomat") who is in England / Belgium knows very well the European law and knows very well the risks of doing so. I think Godwin (an ordinary Nigerian who is careless and has never had any real problems with the nigerian police) will have a hard time finding a person willing to provide personal details knowing full well that John will later file a complaint with the police for fraud.

After having spoken on the phone with Sir Godwin around 21:00 this evening, Sir Godwin wrote this nice email to Mr. John (me). When we spoke on the phone I told him that I now have £17.000 in cash with me. Sir Godwin was very glad to hear this and praised me for always keeping my words. It seems that Sir Godwin is very glad for the London proposal and he says the diplomat (or whoever Sir Godwin wants to send to steal my money) is ready receive my money already tomorrow. However, that will not be the case. When Sir Godwin has prepared everything in connection with my payment in London (and also fulfilled all my conditions), I will tell him that I have just visited my doctor, who has given me a very strong warning to relax and just stay at home for the next 2-3 weeks. He has also given me some strong medicine to take. I will also tell Sir Godwin, that I have decided to spend one week on my yacht that I have in Plymouth Yacht Haven. I will suggest that the Diplomat comes to Plymouth Yacht Haven (where there are two webcams ) to pick up the money from me. I am going to offer Sir Godwin to increase the payment from £15.000 to £16.000 if he accepts this. 22:01:Dear Friend Mr John
Thanks very much for your comprehensive message of today. Content highly noted, It is a pity that you never confirm receipt of the documents of the cash delivery by email rather by our telephone conversation this night.
Well that is by the way. There are no problems. Everything about the payment in London tomorrow and handing over the trapped parcel to Barrister Kof will be positively concluded tomorrow morning
Even you request from the person meeting you in London will be confirmed tomorrow as soon as i be in the office.
And meet the Director of the Board of Central Bank who is my school mate. He always listens to all my advice without hesitation.
Consider everything positively concluded. I am looking beyond the payment to be in your account by end of this weekend,
Please bear with me. By first thing tomorrow you will get my message for Authorization as well handing the parcel to Barrister Kof
Have a good night Rest
Mr Godwin Emefiele
